This standard applies to cold — and warm-deformed tubes destined for pipelines and constructions for various purposes.

1. ASSORTMENT

1.1. Pipe manufactured by outside diameter and wall thickness dimensions that are listed in the table.1.

Notes:

1. Pipe external diameter up to 60 mm are made with an interval of diameter 0.5 mm.

2. Wall thickness of the pipe are made with a spacing of 0.1 mm.


At customer’s request, tubes with external diameters of 14 to 60 mm with a wall thickness of 0.2 mm or more made internal diameter and wall thickness.

1.2. The length of the pipe manufacture:

lengths:

from 0.5 to 3 m with diameters from 4 to 6 mm;

from 0.5 to 5 m in diameters above 6 mm to 25 mm;

from 0.5 to 4 m with diameters more than 25 mm;

gauge length with the residue up to 15% of tubes of random length.

At the request of the customer can be manufactured pipe lengths up to 7 m;

dimensional length within off-gage length, with an allowance for each cut to 5 mm and a minimum fold length of 100 mm;

of random length from 0.5 to 8 m.

1.3. Maximum deviations along the length of the pipe dimensional and multiple lengths shall not exceed 10 mm.

1.4. Limit deviations of the outside diameter shown in table.2, wall thickness — in table.3.

Tolerances for the inner diameter must not exceed the relevant limit deviations for outer diameter.

By agreement with the consumer it is allowed manufacture of pipes with more stringent limit deviations, as well as with combined limit deviations for outer diameter and wall thickness.

1.5. The pipe curvature of any segment with a length of 1 m must not exceed:

5 mm with an outer diameter of 5 mm;

2 mm with an outer diameter from 5 to 10 mm and over 60 mm;

Of 1.5 mm with an outer diameter from 10 to 60 mm.

The curvature of the pipe length less than 1 m proportional to the ratio of pipe length to 1 m.

1.6. The ovality of pipes shall not exceed extreme deviations in outside diameter.

1.7. The pipe ends should be square-cut and cleaned of burrs

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Pipe manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner from machined billet steel grades 06KH18N10T, 08KH18N10T, 09KH18N10T with the chemical composition given in table.4.

Notes:

1. For all steel grades the deviation from the norms of chemical composition and residual elements content in accordance with GOST 5632.

2. In coordination with the consumer tubes made of other steels.

2.2. The content of nonmetallic inclusions (maximum score) should correspond to:

oxide-silicate — 1;

sulfide — 1;

globular — 1.

The sum of all the specified inclusions in the same field of view should not exceed 2 points.

2.3. Pipes up to 80 mm incl. needs to be heat treated. Pipe with a wall thickness of less than 0.2 mm and the pipe diameter greater than 80 mm should be heat treated in agreement with the consumer.

Allowed calibration of pipes after heat treatment with a degree of deformation in the diameter of not more than 2%.

At the customer’s request pipes are made without heat treatment. For thermally not processed pipes norms for the curvature, mechanical properties, grain size, flattening is determined by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.

2.4. Mechanical properties of pipes shall be as specified in table.5.

2.5. Grain size of the metal pipes should be no larger than 7 points.

The party is allowed up to 30% of the pipes with the grain size not larger than 6 points, provided you separate these pipes.

2.6. Heat-treated pipes must withstand the test of intercrystalline corrosion.

2.7. Pipe with a wall thickness of 0.2 mm or more shall withstand the hydraulic test pressure ГОСТ 10498-82 Трубы бесшовные особотонкостенные из коррозионно-стойкой стали. Технические условия (с Изменением N 1)in accordance with the requirements of GOST 3845 with allowable stress equal to 40% of the temporary tear resistance for this grade of steel. The ability of pipe to withstand hydraulic test pressure is provided by the production technology.

2.8. Pipe with a diameter of 10 mm or less, must withstand the test pneumatic pressure of 0.49 MPa (5 kgf/cmГОСТ 10498-82 Трубы бесшовные особотонкостенные из коррозионно-стойкой стали. Технические условия (с Изменением N 1)).

2.9. Pipe shall withstand flattening:

2.10. Surface of the pipe needs to be etched. At the request of the consumer surface of the pipe should be: outer — polished or electrochemically polished, inner electrochemically polished.

With an inner electrochemically polished surface made of a pipe with inner diameter more than 8 mm, the pipe inner diameter more than 6 to 8 mm, a length of not more than 3 m.

2.11. The outer and inner surfaces of the pipes should be free of cracks, captured, flaws, holes, wooloowin, sunsets, dents, burn marks, etching of the rash. Allowed local sweep these defects and continuous grinding provided that the wall thickness of the pipe will not go beyond the negative maximum deviations.

Space cleansing of defects should correspond to the purity of the rest of the surface of the pipes.

2.12. On the outer and inner surfaces are allowed marks and scratches to a depth of 0.015 mm, small shallow dents to a depth of 0.02 mm, the local grid resulting from uneven travelmasti metal ring traces from the bore of the workpiece, roughness, provided that their depth when Stripping does not show the pipe sizes for the negative maximum deviations.

Surface of the pipe may be frosted with the colors of tint.

2.13. Quality exterior and interior surfaces shall conform to the sample agreed between the manufacturer and the customer.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. Pipes take by the parties. The party should consist of pipes of the same size, one brand, one type of heat treatment and be accompanied by one document on quality in accordance with GOST 10692 with the addition of: chemical composition in accordance with the document on the quality of the workpiece.

The number of tubes in the party — not more than 300.

3.2. Check the outer surface, the inner surface of the pipe inner diameter of 8.2 mm and more sizes and testing the hydraulic pressure is subjected to each pipe.

3.3. For quality control, select pipe from the party, but at least three in number:

10% for intercrystalline corrosion, grain size, flattening, control the pneumatic pressure;

3% — tensile, for inspection of the inner surface of pipes of internal diameter of less than 8.2 mm, the content of nonmetallic inclusions. Check the tendency of the metal to intergranular corrosion is carried out at the request of the consumer.

3.4. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators, with the exception of tests for intergranular corrosion, it is carried out re-tests on twice the number of pipes selected from the lot.

The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.

If unsatisfactory test results for intercrystalline corrosion test is subjected to each pipe of the party.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. For quality control of each selected pipe cut off one sample.

4.2. Inspection of the outer surface of the pipe is carried out visually. The inspection of the inner surface of the pipe inner diameter of 8.2 mm and more is carried out with a periscope, and pipe internal diameter of less than 8.2 mm — cut samples of length 100 mm.

4.3. Control of the outer diameter and ovality is carried out in accordance with the table.6 micrometer according to GOST 6507 or calibres-rings according to GOST 24853. Control the inner diameter of the hold caliber-tubes according to GOST 21401.

The control of wall thickness is carried out with a micrometer according to GOST 6507, GOST 4380.

Length control is carried out measuring tape according to GOST 7502. The curvature control is carried out with a straight edge according to GOST 8026 probe on the other 2−034−225.

4.4. Determination of grain size by metallographic methods performed on longitudinal samples according to GOST 5639.

Allowed the determination of grain size by ultrasonic technique.

In case of disagreement in evaluation of the results of the determination carried out by metallographic methods according to GOST 5639.

4.5. Test flattening is carried out according to GOST 8695.

4.6. Test hydraulic pressure pipe is carried out according to GOST 3845 pneumatic pressure according to normative-technical documentation.

4.7. Validation of the propensity to intergranular corrosion is carried out according to the method of AM or AMU, the churchyard 6032. In case of disagreement in evaluation of the results of the test carried out by the method AMGOT 6032.

4.8. Tensile testing of pipes with a wall thickness of 0.2 mm and more is carried out according to GOST 10006, with a wall thickness of less than 0.2 mm according to normative-technical documentation.

4.9. Control of non-metallic inclusions is carried out according to normative-technical documentation.

5. MARKING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

5.1. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage of pipes is carried out according to GOST 10692 with the following additions.

5.1.1. Each pipe with a diameter of 5 mm and more shall have no more than 20 mm from the end marked with the batch number and number of the pipe. On marked section of the pipe, there is a distortion of the profile.

In the manufacture of tubes of multiple lengths mark one end of the pipe.

The marked section of the pipe is included in the total length.

In coordination with the consumer of a pipe with a diameter greater than 5 mm is not marked.

Marking of pipes with a diameter less than 5 mm is applied to the label attached to the package.
