1. This standard sets a range electrically welded steel tubes.

2. The pipe sizes should conform to table.1.

3. The length of the pipe manufacture:

random length:

with the diameter up to 30 mm — not less than 2 m;

with a diameter of over 30 mm up to 70 mm — not less than 3 m;

when the diameter of St. 70 to 152 mm — not less than 4 m;

when St diameter 152 mm — not less than 5 m.

According to customer’s requirement pipe groups A and b according GOST 10705 diameter in excess of 152 mm are manufactured in length not less than 10 m; pipes of all groups with a diameter of 70 mm — minimum length of 4 m;

lengths:

with the diameter up to 70 mm — from 5 to 9 m;

when the diameter over 70 up to 219 mm — from 6 to 9 m;

when St diameter 219 to 630 mm — from 10 to 12 m.

Pipe with a diameter of 630 mm are made of random length. By agreement between manufacturer and customer, the pipe length is allowed to produce up to 12 m with diameter over 70 up to 219 mm to 18 m at the diameter over 219 to 630 mm;

multiple lengths with ratio of not less than 250 mm and not greater than the lower limit of the measuring tubes. Allowance for each cut is set at 5 mm (if the other stock is not specified) and is included in every multiplicity.

3.1. Pipe dimensional and multiple lengths manufactured in two accuracy classes according to length:

I — cut ends and deburring;

II — without zatorski and deburring (with the cutting in-line mill).

3.2. Maximum deviations along the length of the measuring tubes is given in table.2.

3.3. Tolerances for the overall length of multiple pipes must not exceed:

+15 mm for pipes of class I accuracy;

+100 mm for pipes of class II accuracy.

3.4. According to customer demand pipes measuring and multiple lengths, class II accuracy should be startovani ends with one or two sides.

4. Limit deviations of the outside diameter of the pipe given in table.3.

Note. For diameters, controlled by the measurement of perimeter, maximum and minimum limit values of the perimeters are rounded to 1 mm.

5. At the request of the customer the pipes according to GOST 10705 produce unilateral or displaced tolerance for the outside diameter. Unilateral or offset tolerance shall not exceed the sum of limit deviations, given in table.3.

6. Limit deviation of the wall thickness must comply with:

±10% when the pipe diameter of 152 mm;

GOST 19903 — diameter pipes more than 152 1020 mm to the maximum width of rolled normal accuracy;

table 3A — in pipe diameter of more than 1020 mm.

By agreement with the client and the manufacturer is allowed to manufacture pipes with a unilateral tolerance on the wall thickness, with a unilateral tolerance should not exceed the total limit deviation for wall thickness.

7. For pipes with a diameter of 76 mm is allowed thickening of the wall of the grat in excess of 0.15 mm tolerance.

8. Pipes for pipelines with a diameter of 478 mm or more, made according to GOST 10706, deliver extreme deviations in the outside diameter ends, are given in table.4.

9. Ovality and rivestnot pipes with diameter up to 630 mm incl., manufactured according to GOST 10705, must not exceed extreme deviations respectively on the outside diameter and wall thickness.

Pipe with a diameter of 478 mm or more, made according to GOST 10706shall be three classes of accuracy for ovality. Out-of-roundness of pipe ends shall not exceed:

1% of the outer diameter of pipes for the 1st class of accuracy;

1.5% of the outside diameter pipes for the 2nd class of accuracy;

2% from the outer diameter of the pipe for the 3rd class of accuracy.

Ovality of tube ends with wall thickness of less than 0.01 outer diameter established by agreement between manufacturer and customer.

10. The curvature of the pipe manufactured according to GOST 10705, should not exceed 1.5 mm per 1 m length. At the request of the customer the curvature of pipes with a diameter of 152 mm must not exceed 1 mm per 1 m length.

The overall curvature of the pipe manufactured according to GOST 10706, should not exceed 0.2% of pipe length. Curvature of 1 m lengths of such tubes is not defined.

11. Technical requirements should correspond to GOST 10705 and 10706, GOST.
