This standard applies to welded pipes made of carbon steel and seamless carbon and alloy steel, intended for manufacturing of details and designs in motovelotehnika.

1. ASSORTMENT

1.1. The pipe dimensions shall be as specified in table.1.

3. At the request of the consumer it is allowed manufacture pipes size 28х (1,25) and (23)x1,5 mm.

4. Pipe sizes, limited by the solid line, are made electrically welded, seamless or electric-welded cold-deformed.

5. Pipe sizes, limited by the dashed line were produced in welded or seamless.

6. Pipe sizes marked with an asterisk, are made of seamless or welded cold-drawn. Tubes of other dimensions are manufactured seamless.

1.2. The length of the pipe manufacture:

lengths from 4 to 9 m;

random length from 1,5 to 9 m;

the length is a multiple dimensional — within off-gage with an allowance for each cut to 5 mm and a ratio of no less than 0.5 m.

Maximum deviations along the length of the seamless and electric-welded cold-deformed tubes dimensional and multiple lengths shall not exceed:

+20 mm — for pipe diameters up to 30 mm;

25 mm — for pipes with a diameter of over 30 mm.

Maximum deviations along the length of tube and pipe dimensional and multiple lengths shall not exceed:

+50 mm — for pipe length up to 6 m;

+70 mm — for pipes longer than 6 m.

1.3. Limit deviations for outer diameter and wall thickness of pipes should not exceed given in table.2.

1.4. At the request of the consumer pipe is manufactured with an offset tolerance of diameter and wall thickness. The magnitude of the field offset tolerance shall not exceed the amount of bilateral deviations.

1.5. At the request of the consumer pipes shall be supplied with combined extreme deviations, for example, the diameter deviations of usual precision, and the wall thickness of high accuracy.

1.6. Pipe manufactured by outside diameter and wall thickness. High precision pipe put on one parameter.

1.7. At the request of the consumer pipe shall be manufactured by the inner diameter and wall thickness. Tolerances for the inner diameter must not exceed the relevant limit deviations for outer diameter.

1.8. Ovality and raznoshennoy pipes should take the size of the pipes beyond the limit deviation for diameter and wall thickness.

Note. At the request of the consumer ovality and raznoshennoy pipes should not exceed 0.8 total field limit deviation for diameter and wall thickness.

1.9. The pipe curvature of the plot of any length should not exceed 1.5 mm per 1 m.

At the request of the consumer supply pipe with a curvature not exceeding 1 mm to 1 m.

1.10. At the request of the consumer for supply of pipes theoretical mass actual mass deviation from the theoretical shall not exceed ±8% for one tube and ±6% for the party of pipes.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Pipe manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.

2.2. Pipe is made from carbon steel with chemical composition according to GOST 380, category 4 according to GOST 16523, GOST 1050 steel and alloy steel according to GOST 4543.

Steel pipe 35, 45, 15X, 30KHGSA, 30KHMA manufactures seamless.

Tubes produce heat treated and without heat treatment.

Mechanical properties of heat-treated pipes shall be as given in table.3.

2.3. On the surface of the pipe are not allowed cracks, slivers, flaws, shells, sunsets, stratification and deep risks.

Some minor nicks, scale, do not interfere with the inspection, dings, small risks, small Rabina and traces of Stripping defects are allowed if they do not take the size of the pipe beyond the permissible deviations.

2.4. The pipe ends should be square-cut and cleaned of burrs. At the request of the customer can be manufactured from pipe cutting in the line of the mill without deburring.

2.5. Welded pipes have to be inspected by nondestructive methods.

2.6. Tubes shall withstand hydraulic test pressure. The value of the hydraulic test pressure for seamless pipes is determined according to GOST 3845 with allowable stress equal to 40% of the temporary tear resistance to the given steel grades, electrically welded pipes shall not be less than 6.0 MPa (60 kgf/cmГОСТ 12132-66 Трубы стальные электросварные и бесшовные для мотовелопромышленности. Технические условия (с Изменениями N 1, 2, 3, 4)).

The ability of pipe to withstand hydraulic pressure is provided by the technology of production of pipes.

2.7. Welded pipes with external diameter 76 mm and more, the slight thickening of the wall of the bead, due to the production technology.

On the inner surface of welded pipes permitted grata. At the request of the consumer pipes with an internal diameter of 30 mm and higher, the grat needs to be removed or tapered. In this case, the height of burrs and traces for pipes with improved accuracy should not exceed 0.5 mm, for pipes of high accuracy — 0.2 mm. In place of removing the burrs on pipes with external diameter up to 76 mm inclusive allowed wall thinning to 0.15 mm in excess of the minus tolerance.

Note. At the request of the consumer for pipe size 24х1,0 mm height of burrs or traces thereof must not exceed 0,2 mm.

2.8. The pipes from steel grades 08, 10, CT2, CT3, 15, 20 must withstand the test of flattening.

Heat-treated pipes of all sizes and welded tubes without heat treatment with an external diameter exceeding 20 mm and a wall thickness of about 0.06ГОСТ 12132-66 Трубы стальные электросварные и бесшовные для мотовелопромышленности. 2.9. The pipes should withstand the test of the distribution.

The increase in the outer diameter of heat treated tubes in the distribution must conform to the standards specified in table.4.

In the distribution of heat-treated welded pipes the increase of the original diameter should be not less than 6%. Raw pipes with an outer diameter of 20 mm and a diameter of from 20 to 60 mm with a wall thickness of more than 0.06 ГОСТ 12132-66 Трубы стальные электросварные и бесшовные для мотовелопромышленности. 2.10. Heat treated tubes with a diameter of 25 mm or more with a ratio ГОСТ 12132-66 Трубы стальные электросварные и бесшовные для мотовелопромышленности. Технические условия (с Изменениями N 1, 2, 3, 4)equal to 12.5, and more for welded piping, and for seamless pipe with an outer diameter of over 60 mm and an outer diameter of 60 mm with a ratio ГОСТ 12132-66 Трубы стальные электросварные и бесшовные для мотовелопромышленности. Технические условия (с Изменениями N 1, 2, 3, 4)equal to 10 and more for seamless pipe shall withstand the test turn-up cuffs. The width of the bent side under test, measured from the inner surface of the pipe, shall be not less than 12% of the inner diameter of the pipe and not less than 1.5 times the wall thickness. The angle of the flanging shall be:

90° — for pipes of steel grades 0.8, 10, ST2, 15;

60° — for pipes of steel grades 20, St3.

2.11. At customer’s request, heat-treated pipe is tested for bend.

3A. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3A.1. Pipes take by the parties. The party should consist of pipes of the same size, same steel, same heat treatment and accompanied by one document on quality in accordance with GOST 10692 with the addition of: chemical composition of the steel take on the document about the quality of the manufacturer of the workpiece.

The number of pipes in the lot shall be not more than:

1000 PCs — for pipes with a diameter of 30 mm and less wall thickness not exceeding 2.5 mm;

400 PCs — for pipes with a diameter of 76 mm with a wall thickness of not more than 2.5 mm;

200 pieces for pipes of other sizes.

3A.2. The control surface, the size and quality of the weld is subjected to each pipe of the party.

Control of the geometric dimensions is carried out selectively with single-stage normal control level in accordance with GOST 18242. The control plans established by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.

3A.3. For testing pipe tensile, hardness, flattening, distribution, turn-up cuffs and bend the two tubes taken from the party.

3A.2, 3A.3. (Changed edition, Rev. N 3).

3A.4. If there is disagreement in the assessment of the chemical composition to verify selected one pipe from the party.

3A.5. To check the height of the inner bead selected 2% of the pipes from the party.

3A.6. The hydraulic pressure test of welded piping is carried out on demand of the consumer.

Control of the weld non-destructive methods is carried out at the request of the consumer.

Hardness tests carried out at the request of the consumer.

3A.7. Under the control of the weld non-destructive methods of control hydraulic pressure is not carried out.

3A.8. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators it is carried out re-tests on twice the number of pipes selected from the same batch. The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.

Sec. 3A. (Added, Rev. N 2).

3. TEST METHODS

3.1. From each selected pipe cut one sample for each test.

3.2. The chemical composition of the metal is determined according to GOST 22536.0 to GOST 22536.7, GOST 12344 — 12365 GOST, GOST 28473.

3.3. To determine the chemical composition of the steel samples are taken according to GOST 7565.

3.4. Inspection of pipes produced without the use of magnifying devices. The depth of the defects check adproval or otherwise.

3.5. Pipe is measured:

the outer diameter and ovality — smooth micrometer according to GOST 6507 or hard calibers-staples sheet according to GOST 18360;

inner diameter — caliber-tube smooth, double-sided with inserts according to GOST 14810, 14815 GOST;

wall thickness and height of the inner bead — micrometer according to GOST 6507 or santomera according to GOST 11358;

the length — measuring tape according to GOST 7502, curvature — line calibration according to GOST 8026 probe according to ND.

The measurement of the outer diameter welded and cold formed electrically welded tubes is carried out at a minimum distance of 15 mm from the end for pipes with a ratio of outer diameter to wall thickness ГОСТ 12132-66 Трубы стальные электросварные и бесшовные для мотовелопромышленности. 3.6. The tensile test is carried out according to GOST 10006 on the longitudinal proportionate short sample.

Allowed control of mechanical properties by nondestructive methods according to the technical documentation.

The differences in the evaluation of test results carried out according to GOST 10006.

3.5, 3.6. (Changed edition, Rev. N 2, 3).

3.6. The hardness test is carried out according to GOST 9013. On each sample should be held at least three hardness measurements. Hardness is defined as the arithmetic mean of results of three measurements.

Allowed the hardness test carried out on specimens intended for the tensile test.

3.7. Test pipes for flattening is carried out according to GOST 8695.

3.8. Test distribution is carried out according to GOST 8694 using the mandrel with a taper of 1:10.

Pipe, tested for flattening, on the hand do not.

3.9. Test turn-up cuffs is carried out according to GOST 8693.

3.10. Test pipe at the bend is carried out according to GOST 3728.

3.11. Hydraulic testing of the pipes is carried out according to GOST 3845 with time under pressure of not less than 5 s.

3.12. Testing of welded joints of pipes non-destructive methods is carried out according to technical documentation.

4. MARKING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

4.1. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage is carried out according to GOST 10692 with the addition of: the tube must have a preservative coating of oil in the regulations; at the request of the consumer conservation of pipes is not possible.
