Notes

1 Marking of grades:

C — zinc; And aluminum; M is copper;

about — high purity;

And at the end of the designation marks — high purity;

in — casting non-critical parts.

2 Mass fraction of major components and specific impurities may be changed by agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer.

4.3 Ingots are made by intersecting. The mass of ingots shall not exceed 27 kg. the Shape and size of pigs is set by the manufacturer. Allowed to produce ingots that make up the bottom of the pack, without intersecting a mass of more than 27 kg.

By agreement with the customer is allowed to produce large ingots with a mass of (500±20) kg.

4.4 On the surface of the ingots should not be slag and foreign inclusions.

Allowed traces of removing oxides from the surface of the liquid metal, a small casting defects, richlite in the field of shrinkage and residues from burned lubricant used for coating molds. For large pigs are also fissures in the shrinkage.

Local allowed the inclusion of the prisoner in the square, not exceeding 10% of the surface pigs.

4.5 breaking pig needs to be uniform, dense and without slag and foreign inclusions. The homogeneity of large ingots is provided by the technological mode of cooling and solidification.

4.6 Additional technical requirements may be established in contractual agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer.

4.7 each pig must be applied:

— trademark or a trademark and the name of the manufacturer;

— number of melt;

— the brand or color coded alloy.

4.8 Colour marking shall be applied at the end of the pigs has a dye in the form of vertical strips of alloy grade:

Ca4o red;

CA4 — two red;

ZnA14A — red and the red cross;

CAM4−1 green;

CAM4−1o — black;

ZnA14Cu1A — green and green cross;

CAM4−1V — black and red;

ZnA14Cu3A — black and black cross;
