1. ASSORTMENT

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Cold-rolled strip for Hach saws shall be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.

2.2. The tape shall be manufactured of steel grades KH6VF according to GOST 5950 and P9 according to GOST 19265.

2.3. The tape shall be made of annealed.

2.4. The tape shall be manufactured with a normalized hardness of not more than 71HRT45 (100HRB) or normalized to the temporary resistance not more than 880 N/mmГОСТ 23522-79 Лента холоднокатаная для ручных ножовочных полотен. 2.5. The hardness of the strip after quenching should be not less than 69HRN45 (82,5 HRA).

2.6. Carbide inhomogeneity of the tape must not exceed:

2nd score on the scale N 2 GOST 19265 — for steel of grade P9;

3rd score on the scale N 3 GOST 5950 for steel grade KH6VF.

2.7. Carbide heterogeneity of the ribbon of steel grade KH6VF high quality should not exceed the 2nd score on the scale N 3 GOST 5950.

2.8. The tape should have a surface from light gray to dark gray shades.

The ribbon should be no defects with a depth or height greater than the maximum deviations in thickness of the tape.

On the surface of the tapes of high quality are not allowed spots of pollution allowed tint bright shades from light yellow to brown-red.

On the surface of the ordinary tape quality allowed spots of dirt and the colour of a tint.

2.10. Tape is made with cropped edges. Edges of tape shall not have defects greater than half of the tolerances for the width of the tape, and burrs, bigger than maximum deviations in thickness of the tape.

By agreement with consumer it is permitted to produce a ribbon with finished edges.

2.11. Striping tapes is not allowed.

2.12. Camber strips on the interval 1 m must not exceed:

tape ordinary quality:

5 mm — band width 14 mm;

3 mm — for tapes with a width of 42 mm.

For tape high-quality:

4 mm band width 14 mm;

2 mm — for tapes with a width of 42 mm.

2.13. At the request of the consumer, the tape shall be manufactured with specified flatness value according to the norms established by agreement with the consumer.

2.14. Kink the ribbon needs to be uniform and fine-grained.

2.15. The tape shall be manufactured in coils with inner diameter from 200 to 500 mm.

2.16. The minimum mass of the coil is:

for tapes with a width of 14 mm:

of steel grade KH6VF — 5 kg;

of steel grade P9 — 3 kg;

for tape width 42 mm:

of steel grade KH6VF — 21 kg;

of steel grade P9 — 10 kg.

2.17. The coil should consist of one segment.

Allowed the rolls of tape, consisting of two segments, in the amount not exceeding 10% of the party. Place of winding should be checked.

2.18. The tape winding in dual coil is allowed in the transportation on pallets. The minimum mass of each coil shall conform to the requirements of section 2.16. Place of winding of the second coil should be clearly marked. Welding of ends of coils are not allowed.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. Rules of acceptance GOST 7566 with additions.

3.1. Tape is accepted by the parties. The party should consist of strips of the same steel grade, same bottoms, same size and decorated the same document about quality that contains:

trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;

the symbol of the tape;

the number of melt indicating plotnogo chemical analysis;

the results of the tests;

the number of rolls or packages in the shipment;

the weight of the party;

the image of the national Mark of quality for the tape, which has the state quality Mark;

batch number.

By agreement between manufacturer and consumer in the document as it is allowed to omit the results of all tests, and indicate: «Products correspond to GOST 23522−79».

3.2. The inspection of appearance and dimensions should be subjected to every roll of ribbon.

3.3. To check the temporary tear resistance, hardness, carbide heterogeneity, delamination, camber, flatness parameter of surface roughness, fracture and, if necessary, the chemical composition of the party tape is adopted according to claim 3.2 must be selected by 3%, but not less than three coils.

3.4. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators it is carried out re-tests on twice the number of rolls from the newly-selected from the party. The results of repeated tests are final.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. The quality of the surface and the fracture edges of the tape should be inspected visually without the use of magnifying devices. If necessary, the size of the surface defects of the tape should be determined by profiling-profilers according to GOST 19300 and other measuring instruments of appropriate accuracy.

To determine the chemical composition and the parameter of surface roughness is taken one sample from each selected roll, for each of the other types of tests should be selected one sample from the external and internal ends of each of the selected coil.

4.2. The parameters of surface roughness of the tape should be determined by profiling-profilers according to GOST 19300 and other measuring instruments of appropriate accuracy.

4.3. Tape dimensions and size of defects on the edges of the belt must be checked with micrometers (GOST 6507, GOST 4381) and other measurement means appropriate accuracy. The measurement of the thickness of the tape should be at a minimum distance of 5 mm from the edge.

4.4. The test strip in tension should hold the samples of a type II according to GOST 11701.

4.5. Hardness — GOST 22975, GOST 9013.

The hardness of the strip after quenching is determined on the samples processed according to the regimes established in GOST 5950 for steel grade KH6VF and GOST 19265 for steel grade P9.

If any dispute occurs for the annealed ribbon, you define a temporary resistance.

4.11. Weight of packages and, if necessary, rolls of tape, is determined by the churchyard 29329 scales or other scales, providing weighing accuracy to 1%.

5. PACKING, MARKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

5.1. Each roll of ribbon should be tied in at least three places soft metal ribbon or wire according to GOST 3560, GOST 3282 or other regulatory-technical documentation. Permitted by agreement with the consumer other ways of fastening the coils to ensure the density of the winding and secure clamping of the ends of the tape.

5.2. The tape should be coated with a thin layer of inhibited lubrication, which protects the tape against corrosion. Types of lubricants: mixture (ratio 1:1) GSD and oil И12А or И20А churchyard 20799, a mixture of NG-203A for OST 38.01436−87 and oil И18А or И20А (ratio 1:1), K17 according to GOST 10877.

Allowed other types of the ratio of the components of lubricants, providing corrosion protection.

5.3. The tape must be Packed by hand or mechanically.

5.3.1. Manual method of packaging

During transportation on pallets made according to normative-technical documentation, the foot rolls (pack) needs to be wrapped with a layer of paper and securely attached to the pallet.

During transport, without pallets the rolls of tape must be wrapped with a layer of paper, then cloth and fastened a soft metal band or wire according to GOST 3560, GOST 3282 or other normative and technical documentation in at least three places or by another method ensuring the safety of the package.

5.3.2. Mechanized packaging

The rolls of tape must be wrapped with a layer of paper according to GOST 10396 or other crepe paper according to normative-technical documentation for an equivalent protective properties, with simultaneous recording paper wire according to GOST 3282 or other normative and technical documentation, inhibited or covered with a removable protective film type «Simples».

5.3.3. The quality of packaging materials used:

the waxed paper according to GOST 9569;

paper double-layered wrapping according to GOST 8828;

the waxed paper according to GOST 8273 and other normative-technical documentation, and providing protection from corrosion;

container holstoproshivny the canvas according to normative-technical documentation;

other types of packing materials according to normative-technical documentation, with the exception of cotton and linen fabrics,

and stitched the flap of the waste of the textile industry.

5.3. Combine multiple rolls, sealed in accordance with clause 5.1.

5.4. The tape is transported by all kinds of transport in accordance with cargo carriage regulations applicable to transport of this species.

During transportation by railway transport the loading and securing of cargo is carried out in accordance with the technical conditions of loading and fastening of cargoes, approved by the Ministry of Railways of the USSR.

Consolidation packages in overpacks shall be carried out according to GOST 21650 host 24597.

Allowed the transport of the tape in universal containers according to GOST 15102,20435 GOST, GOST 22225 and specialized containers.

5.5. To each roll or the cargo should be attached a label, which indicate:

trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;

the symbol of the tape;

batch number.
