This standard applies to annealed molybdenum strip intended for the manufacture of parts of vacuum devices by deep drawing.

1. ASSORTMENT

1.1. The size of the bands should conform to the requirements specified in table.1.

At the request of the consumer, molybdenum strip thickness of 0.1 mm are made with positive thickness tolerance, while maintaining tolerance.

At the customer’s request strip should be measuring and multiple gauge length.

Example of designation of the annealed molybdenum strips brand MCH 0.1 mm thick, 50 mm wide, length 150 mm:

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Bands shall be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.

2.2. For the manufacture of molybdenum strips used powder billets of molybdenum stamps MCH, the chemical composition which must comply with the requirements specified in table.2.

2.3. The stripes must be laminated in two mutually perpendicular directions.

2.4. Strips produce thermally processed.

2.5. On the surface of the strips are not allowed rolling slivers, bundles, remnants of dross (oxides). Allowed nakoly, prints rolls and within the permissible deviations in thickness, not more than 5 pieces 150 mm long or scratches, within allowable deviations in thickness, and the overall waviness of strips with thickness of 0.3 mm, disappears with the rolling diameter of 50−60 mm, a corrugation in different directions for strips of a thickness (0,1−0,2) mm, which disappears as the rolling diameter of 50−60 mm.

2.6. The surface roughness of the strips ГОСТ 25442-82 Полосы молибденовые отожженные для глубокой вытяжки. Технические условия (с Изменениями N 1, 2)according to GOST 2789 must not be more than 1.25 µm.

2.7. Edge strips must be cut off. Ragged edges are not allowed.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. Stripes take parties. The party should consist of strips of the same thickness manufactured from the same batch of blanks and decorated a document about quality that contains:

trademark or a trademark and the name of the manufacturer;

batch number;

the name of the product;

the size of the bands;

the net weight of the batch, kg;

chemical composition;

mechanical properties (tensile strength, elongation, the amount of spherical dimples);

the designation of this standard;

the date of manufacture;

stamp of technical control.

The weight of the batch is not more than 20 kg.

3.2. Check dimensions and appearance are subjected to each lane of the party.

3.3. To control the chemical composition of each party select two lanes.

Allowed the manufacturer by agreement with the consumer verification of the chemical composition done on every 15th of the party.

3.4. To check the drawing of the spherical hole, bending by 180° and the surface roughness of selected 2% of the strips from the party, but not less than three bands.

3.5. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators it is carried out re-tests on twice the number of lanes. The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. The size of the bands determined measuring tools: micrometer type MK churchyard 6507, measuring a metal line of models 188, 189 according to GOST 427.

Thickness measurement is carried out over the entire width and length not less than 3 mm from the edge of the strips.

4.2. To check the chemical composition of the molybdenum strips sampled in the form of segments spanning the entire width of the bands. The sample mass should be at least 10 g.

Mass fraction of impurities — aluminum, iron, Nickel, calcium, magnesium, silicon, determined according to GOST 14316, carbon — GOST 14338.1, oxygen — GOST 14338.4.

4.3. Check the surface quality of the bands is carried out visually without the use of magnifying devices.

4.4. Test strips for bending is carried out according to GOST 14019* one sample width of 10 mm cut from each selected strip at a 45° angle to the direction of rolling.

4.5. Verification of roughness is carried out with a profilometer of the type A-P according to GOST 19300.

4.7. Test strips on the hood of the spherical hole is carried out according to GOST 10510 when the diameter of the punch 20 mm.

To determine the exhaust spherical dimples from each band are selected in one sample.

5. MARKING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

5.1. Strips of the same thickness are completed in bundles weighing not more than 10 kg, and then placed on a layer of cardboard according to GOST 7376*, each band shift the wrapping paper according to GOST 8273 or double layer packaging paper according to GOST 8828. This bundle wrapped in paper, attaching 3−5 g of silica gel according to GOST 3956 in bags of gauze GOST 11109 and packaged in a bag made of polyethylene film according to GOST 10354. Close plastic bag, wrapped in paper, tie with string according to GOST 17308.

In each package put a shortcut in which you specify:

trademark or a trademark and the name of the manufacturer;

the name of the product;

brand molybdenum;

a lot of bands;

mechanical properties (tensile strength, elongation, the amount of spherical dimples);

batch number;

the designation of this standard;

the date of manufacture;

stamp of technical control.

5.2. For transportation, the packages are Packed in wooden boxes according to GOST 2991 or plywood boxes according to GOST 5959 type 1−3, lined inside of paraffined paper GOST 9569*. Packaging should exclude the free movement of products. The gross mass of the box should not be more than 30 kg.

5.3. Transport marking under GOST 14192.

5.4. Strip transporterowych any kind of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with each mode of transportation rules approved in the established order. Loading and unloading is carried out according to GOST 12.3.009.

5.5. Strips should be stored in the manufacturer’s packaging indoor. Storage conditions — the group L according to GOST 15150.

6. MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

6.1. The manufacturer guarantees the conformity of the molybdenum strips with the requirements of this standard, under the conditions of storage and transportation.

6.2. A storage warranty period is 6 months from the date of production.
