GOST 32603-2012

The objectives, basic principles and basic procedure for conducting work on interstate standardization are set by GOST 1.0−92 «Interstate Standardization System: Basic Provisions» and GOST 1.2−2009 «Interstate Standardization System: Interstate Standards, Rules and Recommendations for Interstate Standardization.» The rules for the development, adoption, application, update and cancellation «

About the standard

1 DEVELOPED Closed Joint-Stock Company «Central Order of the Red Banner of Labor Research and Design Institute of Building Metal Structures named after NP Melnikov» (ZAO «TsNIIPSK im. Melnikov»), Limited liability company «Metal Profile» (LLC «Company Metal Profile»)

2 was introduced by the Technical Committee for Standardization of TC 465 «Construction"

3 ADOPTED by the Interstate Council for Standardization, Metrology and Certification

For the adoption of the standard voted:

Introduction

This standard was developed for the first time to create a regulatory framework for the production of three-layer metal panels with mineral wool insulation intended for enclosing structures of civil and industrial construction.

The need to develop the standard is justified by the fact that the results of the conducted experimental studies and the foreign experience of using three-layer panels with mineral wool insulation have not been reflected in the domestic regulatory documents and recommendations.

The main purpose of the standard is to create a general regulatory document that takes into account the features of manufacturing and use in construction of three-layer panels with mineral wool insulation on lines with a continuous production process.

— functional purpose;

— design parameters and dimensions.

4.2 By function, the panels are divided into:

— wall, including corner (C);

— roofing (K).

4.3 On the basis of design parameters and dimensions, the panels are divided into:

a) depending on the type of profiling of the surface of the outer and inner lining (Figure 1):

1) the internal lining of the wall and roof panels can be:

— smooth (Γ),

* As agreed between the consumer and the manufacturer.

5.3.2.2 Limit deviations of the nominal dimensions of plates should not exceed the following values, mm:

± 3 — in length;

± 2 — in width;

-1; +3 — in height.

5.3.2.3 Limit deviations of the nominal dimensions of lamellas cut from mineral wool boards (see Figure 5) should not exceed the values indicated in Table 5.
