1.5. In accordance with the ordering profiles for sheet piles are manufactured with length from 8 to 22 m:

— measuring length,

— measuring length with cuts in the amount of not more than 10% of the batch weight.

Cut is the profile length from 5 to 8 m.

1.6. Maximum deviation along the length must not exceed +100 mm.

At the request of the consumer:

+45 mm with a length of 8 m;

+5 mm per each meter of length — at a length of over 8 m but not over 100 mm.

1.7. Tongue and groove profiles are produced with two mounting holes 50 mm in diameter, located on the longitudinal axis of the wall at a distance of 500 mm from the ends.

At the request of the consumer instead of mounting holes cut out holes for mounting the vibrator.

1.6, 1.7. (Changed edition, Rev. N 1).

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Profiles for sheet piles are made in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.

2.2. Profiles for sheet piling, made of carbon steel grades st3sp, St3ps by GOST 380.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).

2.3. On the outer surface of the profile at the ends and in the castle part should not be smoothed out bubbles, sunsets, rolling captivity.

Defects should be removed by gentle cutting or Stripping. The width of the cutting or Stripping shall be not less than five times the depth. The depth of the cutting or Stripping shall not exceed minus tolerances for the profile size.

Transverse cutting or trimming not allowed.

Allowed without Stripping some rolled dirt, scratches, rabiza, prints, not deducing the size of the profile beyond the negative maximum deviations.

2.4. The ends of the profile must be cut off perpendicular to their axis, and at the request of the consumer us at the end of the profile must be deleted.

2.5. Axial tensile load lock for flat profile must be at least 24,5 kN/cm.

2.6. Profiles should come after editing. Curvature should not exceed 3 mm per 1 m length. The total curvature must not exceed:

0.2% of the length — profile length up to 15 m;

30 mm for profiles with a length of over 15 m.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. Profiles for sheet piling, take parties. The party should consist of profiles of the same size, same bottoms, same grade of steel and decorated with a single document about quality (GOST 7566).

3.2. Check the surface quality and the dimensions of each profile.

3.3. To check the chemical composition of the samples are taken according to GOST 7565.

3.4. For the tensile test are taken from batch 2 of the rod.

3.5. If unsatisfactory validation results at least one indicator of a re-examination is carried out in accordance with GOST 7566.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. Chemical composition is determined according to GOST 22536.0 to GOST 22536.10, GOST 27809, GOST 18895.

4.2. For flat sheet piles of SHP-1 locks are tested for durability as follows. From each selected profile for the tensile test, a transverse cut sample with a thickness of 7 cm Each sample is cut into two equal parts along the longitudinal axis of the profile. Both halves of the cut sample of the profile connect to the castle and experience the tensile or breaking of the universal machine until the erection of the castle.

The strength of the lock is determined by his disclosure.

Before testing the strength of the locks flat profiles should be checked for understeer to 10° in the plane of the connection.

4.3. The surface quality test without the use of magnifying devices.

4.4. The geometric dimensions and shape of profiles check by means of measuring instruments according to GOST 166, GOST 427, GOST 5378 and GOST 7502.

5. PACKING, MARKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

5.1. Packing, marking, transportation and storage — by GOST 7566.

5.2. Warehousing, loading and transportation of sheet piles must ensure their straightness in accordance with paragraph 2.6 of this standard.
