2.4. Foil surface should be clean, smooth and smooth, without nicks and scratches. On the surface of the foil is not allowed traces of lubricants.

On the surface of the foil slight defects may be allowed, if in the control sweep, they do not bring the foil over the limit deviation on thickness.

On the edges of the foil are not allowed burrs and tears. The edge of the foil should not have bent.

On the foil thickness 0,015−0,030 mm permitted small isolated holes visible to the naked eye against the light, not having stroke locations, and local clusters.

On the foil with a width of 50 mm and less color tint is allowed no more than 20% of the bales from the party. On the edge of the foil width up to 50 mm allowed the color of the tint.

2.5. Foil is wound on a metal sleeve inside diameter 32−36 mm and an outer diameter of 40 mm, and the length of the sleeve should be equal to the width of the foil, with a tolerance of ±0.5 mm.

2.6. The roll diameter should be not less than 100 mm. Allowed the coils with a diameter of 80−100 mm in an amount of not more than 25% of the rolls of the party.

The ends of the roll should be smooth, clean, free of nicks, dings and dirt.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).

2.8. Foil all over the coil needs to go freely. The roll is allowed no more than eight breaks.
