2 At the request of the consumer brands in the bronze Бр03Ц8С4Н1 and Бр03Ц13С4 the total amount of impurities of aluminium and silicon should not be more than 0,02%; for parts, not working under pressure, is allowed the mass fraction of aluminum and silicon separately to 0.05%.
3 Mass fraction of specific components and amounts of impurities may be changed by agreement of a customer and the manufacturer.

4.3 the Mass of each pig shall not exceed 42 lbs. Shape and size of pigs established by the manufacturer.

4.4 On the surface of ingots shall not be sagging, bays, vaduthala, slag and foreign inclusions.

On pigs allowed traces of defects after Stripping of the molds and residues from burned lubricant used for coating molds.

Local allowed the inclusion of the prisoner in the square, not exceeding 10% of the surface pigs.

4.5 breaking pig needs to be dense and shall not contain foreign inclusions.

4.6 Additional technical requirements may be established in contractual agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer.

4.7 each pig must be applied:

— trademark or a trademark and the name of the manufacturer;

— number of melt;

— color coded alloy.

4.8 the Color coding should be applied to the ends of the ingots has a dye in the form of vertical stripes and crosses for bronze brand:

— Бр03Ц8С4Н1 — black;

— Бр03Ц6С5 red and green;

— Бр03Ц13С4 green;

— Бр04Ц8С5 blue;

— Бр05Ц6С5 red;

— Bra10zh3r — two black and white;

— Bra10zh3 — black and white;

— Bra10zh3mc2 black and two white.

5 acceptance Rules

5.1 Alloys present to the acceptance of the parties. A party is considered ingots of an alloy of one brand, one or several heats, followed one document about quality that contains:

— trademark or a trademark and the name of the manufacturer;

— brand alloy;

— the weight of the batch;

— the batch number;

— number of melt (melting);

— result of chemical analysis of the bottoms (the bottoms);

— date of manufacture;

— the designation of this standard.

5.2 Batch should not contain more than 1% broken pigs. In the party intended for export, broken ingots are not allowed.

5.3 Checking the quality of the surface subjected to at least 20 pigs.

5.4 For quality control of fracture without tin bronzes taken at least two ingots from smelting, and tin bronzes — at least three. Quality control of the fracture is carried out at the request of the consumer.

5.5 To control the chemical composition of the tin bronzes from each heat are selected at least two ingots, and tin bronzes — at least three. On the manufacturer is allowed to carry out the sampling liquid metal by the method approved in the prescribed manner.

5.6 If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators it is carried out re-tests on twice the number of samples selected from the same heat. The results of repeated testing are spreading to the entire party.

5.7 is allowed to set the sample size on statistical methods. Under the arbitration control of the sample volume is adjusted in accordance with 5.3 to 5.6.

6 test Methods

6.1 Checking the quality of the surface and fracture of the bronzes is carried out visually. To check the quality of the jog selected pig half nadpilivayut and break.

6.2 Selection and preparation of samples for chemical analysis is carried out according to GOST 24231, for spectral analysis according to the method approved in the prescribed manner.

In the selection and preparation of samples for chemical analysis must comply with the requirements for safe operation in accordance with GOST 12.1.005, GOST 12.1.007, GOST 12.4.013 GOST 12.4.021 and regulations approved in the established order.

6.3 determination of the chemical composition of the alloys (1) and (2) (table 1) is carried out according to GOST 1953.1-GOST 1953.15 and alloys (3) — 15027.1 GOST-GOST 15027.12.

Allowed to determine the chemical composition by other methods of equal accuracy standardized.

If there is disagreement in the assessment of the chemical composition analysis of alloys (1) and (2) is carried out according to GOST 1953.1-GOST 1953.15 and alloys (3) — 15027.1 GOST-GOST 15027.12.

6.4. The concentration of arsenic, magnesium, phosphorus, sulfur in the alloys (1), as well as the content of arsenic, antimony, silicon and phosphorus in alloys (3) is determined by the requirement of the user.
