5 acceptance Rules

5.1 the Ingots are presented to the receiving parties. The weight of the batch shall not exceed 100 kg. the Party shall consist of ingots of one heat.

5.2 determination of the chemical composition of platinum from the manufacturer is carried out on samples taken from each heat by the method of the manufacturer.

The manufacturer guarantees that the content of platinum in the ingot according to the requirements of 4.2.1.

5.3 If necessary, determination of the chemical composition of ingots from the customer can be performed on the samples taken from any two bars of the party (bottoms) by drilling in the opposite corners and sides of the ingot to a depth equal to half the thickness of the ingot.

For bars less than 3 mm thick breakdown may be the ingot or part of it.

5.4 Checking the quality of the surface (4.2.2), mass (4.2.3) and labelling (4.3) subjected to every ingot.

5.5 checking the quality of the packing (4.4), including documentation, are subjected to 100% of the supplied batch of ingots.

5.6 Upon receipt of unsatisfactory results of analysis of the chemical composition (4.2.1) a second check for twice the number of samples taken from the same batch. The results of the repeated checking are final and apply to the entire party.

5.7 in the event of disagreement in the evaluation of the chemical composition of platinum between the manufacturer and the customer to carry out the arbitration the analysis of the sample, which is taken in the manner prescribed in 5.2. Arbitrary sample kept at the factory for at least three months from the date of shipment.

6 Methods to control

6.1 analysis of the chemical composition of platinum is carried out according to GOST 12226 or another means certified in the prescribed manner and providing the requirements of this standard.

6.2 control the mass of ingots up to 200 g, inclusive, is carried out on the scales General purpose of the 2nd accuracy class, over 200 bars to 500 g inclusive on the scales General purpose of the 3rd accuracy class according to GOST 24104.

6.3 Control of the surface quality, marking, and packaging ingots is carried out without the use of magnifying devices.

7 Transportation and storage
