1 Scope

This standard applies to flat, universal replaceable profile inserts for milling tool for machining wood materials and plastics on the position machines, automatic lines and machine tools with computer numerical control (CNC).

2 Normative references

This standard uses the regulatory references to the following standards:

3 Types and basic dimensions

3.1 Replaceable profile inserts for milling tool must be made of three types:

1 — replacement plate profile cutting;

2 — plate replacement undercut profile;

3 — plate-replacement blankety profile.

Plate type 1 must be made two versions:

1 — plate with two cutting edges;

2 — plate with four cutting edges.

Plate type 2 must be made two versions:

1 — pruning stirrup plate cutting edges;

2 plates clipping with four cutting edges.

Plates of type 3 must be made two versions:

1 — plate-blankety with one cutting edge;

2 — plate-blankety with two cutting edges.

3.2 the Main dimensions of the plates shall be as given in figures 1−6 and tables 1−6.
