Description

Cast iron VCH35 used: for the manufacture of castings for stationary steam turbines, turbine equipment, nuclear power plants, elements of steam boilers and pipelines, hydraulic turbines, hydraulic locks, and other equipment engineering: group 1, operating at temperatures up to 350 °C and castings exposed to high specific pressures, static, dynamic loads and friction (diaphragms, clips, part, compressors, steam turbines, valves, compressors, nozzles, diffusers, blade, bearing, ring piston); casts of group 2, operating at temperatures up to 250 °C, exposed to high static and dynamic loads and friction (pistons, housings gears, bearing, housing, worm wheels, bushings, bearing caps, nozzles, compressors, diaphragms, frames, Foundation, frame, exhaust parts, nozzles, compressors, gears, gear),; castings 3 groups subjected to static loads and castings, working in conditions of water vapor and oil at temperatures up to 70 °C (body of column, bearing housing, cover-mounts velopanorama, frame bearings, frame foundations, liners, bushings, struts, tailpipes, casing).
