This standard applies to seamless steel high pressure carbon steel pipe used for diesel fuel.

1. ASSORTMENT

1.1. Depending on the quality requirements of the pipe are made of groups A and B at the inner and outer diameter. External and internal diameters of pipes, maximum deviations on them and plenty of pipes shall be as specified in table.1 and 2.

1.2. The length of the pipe manufacture:

random length — not less than 0,5 m;

dimensional length — from 0,5 up to 4 m with an allowance for each cut to 5 mm and the limit deviation for the total length plus 15 mm;

lengths from 1.5 to 4 m.

At the customer’s request pipes measuring and multiple gauge length are made up to 7 m.

1.3. The curvature of the pipe at any section of 1 m length should not exceed 1.5 mm.

1.4. The ovality of pipes shall not exceed half of the total limit deviations for outer diameter.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS


2.1. Pipe shall be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner, of carbon steel of grade 20 with the chemical composition according to GOST 1050. Mass fraction of sulfur should not exceed 0,035%.

By agreement with the consumer allowed to manufacture pipes from steel of other brands.

2.2. Tubes of group A are made from machined and the machined workpiece. Pipe group B is manufactured from the workpiece without turning and boring.

2.3. Pipe group A produce thermally processed in a protective atmosphere.

Pipe group B is subjected to heat treatment in a protective atmosphere to the finished size.

2.4. The outer and inner surfaces of the pipes should be smooth, should not have scale, captured, pinches, cracks, wooloowin, sinks and deep scratches.

In the channel pipe should not be contamination.

2.5. On the outer surface of the pipe allowed: oxide film, do not interfere with the inspection, some dents, small marks and scratches, the traces of edits pipes and cleaning with sandpaper or a file with a velvet notch, provided that the value of them to pipe bands And should not exceed 0.10 mm;

pipe group B — manufacturing high precision and pipes regular accuracy of manufacturing an external diameter of 10 mm shall not exceed 0.15 mm, external diameter more than 10 mm shall not exceed 0.20 mm.

2.6. On the inner surface permitted: the oxide film, do not interfere with the inspection of the local irregularities (minor roughness, greennote and folds with a gently sloping base), shallow risks and minor scratches, the narrowing and widening of the internal channel in the form of rings, provided that the value of their pipe and tube group B regular accuracy of manufacturing does not exceed half the limit of deviations (positive or negative) at the inner diameter, for pipes with improved accuracy and piping group A — 0.08 mm.

Pipe group A size: outer diameter 7.5 mm inner 1.1 mm; outer diameter 8 mm, inner 1.5 mm; an outer diameter of 8 mm and inner 2.0 mm; an outer diameter of 10 mm, inner 3.0 mm — depth of defects shall not exceed 0,04 mm.

2.7. The pipe ends should be square-cut and cleaned of burrs.

2.8. Tubes shall withstand hydraulic pressure (aГОСТ 11017-80 Трубы стальные бесшовные высокого давления. Технические условия (с Изменениями N 1, 2)) in accordance with the requirements of GOST 3845. The value ГОСТ 11017-80 Трубы стальные бесшовные высокого давления. Технические условия (с Изменениями N 1, 2)shall be equal to 40% of the temporary tear resistance for this grade of steel.

The ability of pipe to withstand hydraulic pressure is provided by the production technology.

Allowed the consumer to conduct hydraulic testing of the pipes at a pressure 50% above the maximum injection pressure, but not more than the value obtained by the formula.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. Pipes take by the parties. The party should consist of pipes of the same size, one cast and one mode of heat treatment, and to be furnished by a single instrument of quality according to GOST 10692 with the following addition: chemical composition of steel is to document the quality of billets.

Allowed in the party pipes of different heats, but with the same mode of heat treatment.

The number of pipes in the lot shall not be more than 500 PCs.

3.2. The differences in the assessment of the quality of the chemical composition of the metal to check take two pipes from the party.

3.3. Inspection of the outer surface and the measurement is subjected to each pipe.

3.4. For the hydraulic pressure test, tensile, inspection of the internal surfaces and depths of defects select two tubes from the party.

Pipe group A size: outer diameter 7.5 mm inner 1.1 mm; outer diameter 8 mm, inner 1.5 mm; an outer diameter of 8 mm and inner 2.0 mm; an outer diameter of 10 mm, inner 3.0 mm — selected 10% of the pipes of the party.

3.5. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators it is carried out re-tests on twice the number of tubes taken from the same batch.

The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. For quality control of each selected pipe take one sample.

4.2. Chemical analysis of steel pipe is carried out according to GOST 22536.0 to GOST 22536.6.

Samples for determining the chemical composition of the steel pipes are selected according to GOST 7565.

4.3. Inspection of pipes is carried out without the use of magnifying devices.

The inspection of the internal surface of the pipes carry out the longitudinal cutting of samples or cutting Windows on the perimeter of the pipe, or by metallographic methods on the transverse samples.

The depth of the defects at the outer surface of the pipe check adproval or otherwise.

The depth of the defects on the inner surface of the tube is checked by metallographic method on the transverse samples.

4.4. The outer diameter and ovality checked with a micrometer according to GOST 6507 with a precision of 0.01 mm, inner diameter test tube according to GOST 14810 both ends of the pipe, passable and impassable gauges-plugs at 14808 GOST-GOST 14810 or steel gauged wire.

The entrance length of the tube must be at least 15 mm.

4.5. The length of the tubes controlled by a measuring reel according to GOST 7502.

4.6. The curvature of the pipes is controlled straightedge according to GOST 8026 probe on the other 2−034−225.

4.7. The tensile test is carried out according to GOST 10006, on the longitudinal (in the form of a segment of pipe of total cross section or in the form of a band) is proportional to the short sample.

4.8. Hydraulic testing is carried out according to GOST 3845 with time under pressure of not less than 10 s.

5. MARKING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

5.1. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage — by GOST 10692.

5.2. Tubes are Packed in boxes, grates, or other rigid containers.

Allowed stacking in a container of multiple packs of tubes of different sizes, but with some linkages between them.

5.3. To prevent corrosion of external and internal surfaces of pipes or pipe ends should be covered with a removable grease according to normative-technical documentation.

At the request of the consumer pipe is manufactured without oiling.
