This standard applies to hot rolled, cold rolled and strip of aluminium-manganese bronze brand Bramc9−2, used to manufacture abrasion-resistant components with high anticorrosive properties.


1. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

1.1. Strips and ribbons manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.

1.2. Basic parameters and dimensions

1.2.1. Thickness of hot rolled strips and limit deviations on thickness shall be as given in table.1.

1.2.5. The strip is manufactured in lengths from 1000 to 1500 mm.

Stripes are made dimensional and random length.

Strip lengths are manufactured with extreme deviations in length minus 15 mm.

Allowed to produce strip lengths from 500 mm to 1000 mm in an amount of not more than 10% of the batch weight.

1.2.8. Belt length should be at least 4 m.

1.3. Features

1.3.1. Strips and ribbons manufactured of aluminum-manganese bronze brand Bramc9−2 with the chemical composition according to GOST 18175.

1.3.2. Strip manufactures hot-rolled and cold-rolled strips cold — rolled.

As material cold-rolled strips and ribbons manufactured of soft and hard.

1.3.3. The surface of the strip must be smooth, clean, without cracks, bubbles, inclusions, delaminations, cavities.

1.3.4. Bands and ribbons should be trimmed evenly without burrs.

1.3.5. The stripes must be straight.

1.3.6. Features basic performance

1.3.6.1. On the surface allowed individual small defects that prints from rolls, slivers, scratches, no prints and strips at reference sweep for tolerances for thickness.

On the surface allowed colour and a tint of redness.

On the surface of hot-rolled strips with a thickness of 12.5−22 mm permitted contaminants, sinks, and prints, not prints stripes for maximum deviations in thickness.

1.3.6.2. In the cutting plane on the strips with thickness from 5 to 22 mm and allowed the chips knife.

Allowable Squareness (inclination of cut) shall not withdraw the measuring strip for tolerances for width and length.

1.3.6.3. The deflection of the strips should not exceed 1 mm per 100 mm width and 20 mm per 1 m length.

1.3.6.4. The mechanical properties of the strip shall conform to the requirements given in table.7.

1.3.7. Characteristics of performance that are installed at the customer’s request

1.3.7.1. The party strips or tapes are not allowed small logs.

1.3.7.2. Allowed the requirements to the surface quality and edge to set the standards, approved in the prescribed manner.

1.3.8. Characteristics of performance established by agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer

1.3.8.1. Strips and ribbons manufactured intermediate sizes in thickness and width with the limit deviations for the next larger size listed in the table.1−6.

1.3.8.2. And strips are made longer than what is given in PP.1.2.5 and 1.2.8. The maximum deviations in the thickness and width of the strip and the requirements for surface quality set by agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer.

1.3.8.3. Tapes are manufactured with specified camber. Camber is determined by agreement of a customer and the manufacturer.

1.3.8.4. In bronze brand Bramc9−2 on agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer is allowed a limited content of aluminium in the range of 8−9,2%.

On the labels and the paper on the marking strip brand Bramc9−2 with a limited content of aluminium may be used as a letter — BRS.

1.4. Marking

1.4.1. In each pack of strips or strip and each roll of tape shall be securely attached or pasted in a conspicuous place a label indicating:

the trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;

the legend of strips or ribbons;

batch number;

stamp of technical control Department.

At the end of each strip is allowed to affix a permanent water paint according to normative-technical documentation.

1.4.2. Transport marking — according to GOST 14192 with the application of manipulation sign «Afraid of dampness».

The site of application, method of execution of the transport marking, the method of attaching the label according to GOST 14192.

1.5. Packaging

1.5.1. Tape must be rolled into rolls and strips folded in bundles. One roll may consist of several segments of tapes.

The winding needs to exclude plastic shape change roll under the force of gravity.

1.5.2. The packaging should protect the strip from mechanical damage, moisture and active chemical substances in the process of transportation and storage.

As a packaging means and materials can be used:

boxes of GOST 2991, GOST 10198;

boards, wooden boards according to normative-technical documentation;

paper according to GOST 2228, GOST 8273, 9569 GOST, GOST 8828;

wood chips according to GOST 5244;

corrugated cardboard according to GOST 7376;

tape according to GOST 3560;

wire according to GOST 3282;

polyethylene film according to GOST 10354;

nonwoven materials according to normative-technical documentation;

other types of packaging and packaging materials according to normative-technical documentation.

Dimensions of boxes — GOST 21140 or normative-technical documentation.

Packaging of products to far North regions or equated areas — the graveyard 15846.

1.5.3. Weight of cargo must not exceed 1250 kg.

Allowed strip thickness more than 3 mm is not associate in packs, if the mass of a single strip exceeds 40 kg.

The cargo space is enlarged in the transport packages weighing not more than 1250 kg.

The means of bonding of packages in the transport packets according to GOST 21650, weight and dimensions of shipping packages — according to GOST 24597.

1.5.4. Packaging is carried out on pallets according to GOST 9557 or without pallets using bars section not less than 50x50 mm, length equal to width of cargo space. Transport packages must be wrapped in at least two areas or cross wire with a diameter of not less than 3 mm according to GOST 3282 or tape not less than 0,5h30 mm according to GOST 3560. The ends of the wrapping wire fasten cable at least five turns of tape to the castle.

1.5.5. In each box or container must be attached to the packing list in which you specify the data listed in paragraph 1.4.1.

2. ACCEPTANCE

2.1. Strip and ribbon take parties. The party should consist of a strip of the same size, one method of manufacture (for bands), the state of the material shall be furnished in one document about quality that contains:

trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;

the symbol of the strip;

the results of mechanical testing (at the customer’s request);

the weight of the party;

batch number;

stamp of technical control Department.

The weight of the batch should not exceed 3,000 kg.

2.2. The chemical composition determined on three bands, and three rolls of tape, taken from the party.

Allowed the manufacturer to take samples from molten metal.

2.3. Quality control of the surface, width and length are subjected to each strip and each roll of tape of the party.

Control Squareness (skew cut) is subjected to each of the measuring strip.

2.4. To control the thickness of the strip and tape from the party selected bands and rolls of film «blind» by the method of maximum objectivity, according to GOST 18321. Control plan — GOST 18242. The number of monitored bands and coils of strips selected in accordance with table.8.

The number of controlled points on each selected lane is determined depending on the total number of parcels with a length of 100 mm along the perimeter strip in accordance with the table.9. Selected bands are considered to be valid if the number of measurement results that do not meet table.1, 3, less than the acceptance number given in table.9.

Selected rolls of tape are considered valid if the number of measurements is not appropriate table.5, less than the acceptance number given in table.10.

If unsatisfactory result on one of the selected bands, or on one of the selected coils of the tapes allowed the manufacturer to control each coil or each strip party.

Control the thickness of the strips or tapes allowed the manufacturer to carry out the production process.

2.5. Allowed the manufacturer the quality control of surfaces and sizes to carry out the production process.

2.9. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one indicator (PP.2.2, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8) it is carried out re-testing at twice the sample taken from the same batch.

The results of repeated tests spread to the entire party.

3. CONTROL METHODS

3.1. The surface of the strip inspected without the use of magnifying devices.

3.2. The thickness of the strip is measured with a micrometer according to GOST 6507, measuring the pressure head GOST 28798 or indicator according to GOST 9696.

The thickness of the strip and of the tape measure at a minimum distance of 100 mm from the end and not less than 10 mm from the edge. For tapes with a width of 200 mm and less, the measurement is carried out in the middle.

3.5. Camber strips are measured according to GOST 26877 on any portion of the tape.

3.6. The deflection of the strips is measured according to GOST 26877 once at any polling station selected band.

3.7. For tensile testing from each selected strip or selected each roll of strips cut one sample in the direction of rolling. The selection of samples for testing tensile — according to GOST 24047.

4. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

4.1. Strip and ribbon transporterowych all types of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with cargo carriage regulations applicable to transport of this species.

4.2. It is allowed to transport and strip of containers according to GOST 18477 and GOST and GOST 15102 20435 or carload shipments in the packaged form without packaging in boxes.

4.3. Strips and ribbons are kept indoors in uncompressed form in conditions that ensure their safety. Under these conditions, the storage of consumer properties of the strip in storage is not changed.
