Under the control of the width, length, appearance, and camber party is considered valid if the number of rolls of tapes that do not meet the requirements of 4.3, 5.3, 5.5, table 2, less than the acceptance number specified in table 4.

6.7 Upon receipt of unsatisfactory results in at least one controlled rolls of tape is carried out continuous monitoring of the entire party.

Allowed the manufacturer to control the thickness, width, length and appearance of the tape is carried out in the production process.

6.8 testing the depth of extruding from every full or partial 1,000 kg taken three rolls.

6.9 If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the performance indicators specified in 5.2 and 5.8, it is carried out a re-test of the doubled sample taken from the same batch. The results of repeated testing are spreading to the entire party.

7 Methods of inspection and testing

7.1 For the analysis of the chemical composition of each selected roll of tape is cut one sample. Sampling for chemical composition analysis is carried out according to GOST 24231.

Chemical composition analysis is carried out:

— copper tape — GOST 31382, 13938.11 GOST, GOST 13938.13, 9717.2 GOST, GOST 9717.3;

— brass tape — GOST 1652.1 — 1652.13 GOST and GOST 9716.1 — GOST 9716.3.

General requirements for methods of analysis should correspond to GOST 25086.

7.2 appearance of the tapes checked by inspection without the use of magnifying devices.

7.3 the Thickness of the tape is measured with a micrometer according to GOST 6507 type ML MCC or with the measuring surface of the sphere-plane.

The measurement of the thickness of the tape is carried out at a distance of not less than 10 mm from edges and not less than 100 mm from the end of the tape roll. For tapes with a width of 20 mm or less, the measurement is performed in the middle.

The thickness of the strip measured at each selected coil at points located uniformly at random along the length of the roll.

The length of the roll L, m, calculated by the formula

ГОСТ 20707-2015 Ленты радиаторные медные и латунные. Технические условия, (1)

where D and d are respectively the outer and inner diameters of the coil, measured with a ruler according to GOST 427, mm.

and — tape thickness, mm.

7.4 the Width and length tape measure measuring metal ruler according to GOST 427, caliper according to GOST 166 or metal measuring tape according to GOST 7502.

The measurement of the width of the tape is carried out in a single place at a minimum distance of 100 mm from the end of the tape roll.

7.5 Camber of the tape measure according to GOST 26877 in one place on any site.

7.6 Test of the depth of the extrusion is carried out according to GOST 10510 on a single sample from each selected test coil on the instrument type PTL and MTL-10G-1 with graphite grease USS GOST 3333 or other lubricant manufacturer in agreement with the consumer.

The test is subjected to a tape of a width of 35 mm or more.

If the tape width is less than the permissible width of the specimen, the cutting samples for testing is carried out before cutting of the coil to the specified width.

Test the depth of the extrusion may be performed on the machines in manual mode.

7.7 it is allowed to apply other methods of control and measurement tools, providing the necessary accuracy.

If there is disagreement in the definition of indicators monitoring is carried out by methods specified in this standard.

7.8 the results of the measurements are rounded according to the rounding rules established in ST SEV 543.
