2.5. On the surface bars are not permitted fin, burrs of more than 0.5 mm, inclusions of slag, metal penetration.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. Rods for welding Deposit taking parties. The party consists of bars in the same bottoms, same brand, same size, drawn up by one document on quality.

(Changed edition, Rev. No. 4).

3.2. To determine the chemical composition, hardness, absence of slag inclusions in the rods for surfacing from each party selected six bars.

The content of manganese, tungsten, molybdenum, sulfur, phosphorus, in bars, on the basis of iron and manganese, Nickel, antimony, sulfur and phosphorus in bars cobalt-based technology provided by the manufacture and is determined by the requirement of the user.

(Changed edition, Rev. No. 4).

3.3. To determine the size and surface condition of bars in each batch taken 25 bars.

3.4. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators it is carried out re-testing at twice the sample selected from the same batch. The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. Sampling and sample preparation

4.1.1. Samples for the determination of the chemical composition selected by a cutter or a cutter of hard alloy according to GOST 3882−74.

Four rods left for the determination of chemical composition and control the hardness of the deposited layer, and two bars keep for three months in case of disagreement in quality assessment.

4.2. Diameter rods for welding check of the measuring tool to ensure the required measurement accuracy.

The length of bars of the alloy check pattern.

4.3. Surface condition of bars to check by inspection without the use of magnifying devices.

4.4. The content of major elements and impurities determined according to GOST 11930.9−79−11930.12 GOST-79.

You can define the contents of the main elements of the spectral methods.

(Changed edition, Rev. No. 1, 3).

4.5. Hardness

The method is based on a gas welding rods for three samples with subsequent measurement of the hardness of the deposited layer.

4.5.1. Equipment and materials
