THE METHOD OF MEASURING GLOBCAST HEAT-TREATED RIBBON
THE INSTRUMENT DESIGN ENGINEER FEDOROV N. M.

1. Sample preparation of the tape

Samples of the tape cut off with sharp scissors perpendicular to the edges of the belt. Length samples of 200 ± 5 mm. Burrs on the edges of the belt in the middle of the sample (at the point of contact with the range of the instrument) should be removed with sandpaper. Samples setlocale and sweetlovelybunny tape needs to be degreased, samples setlocale with the colors of a tint, colorsound and black ribbon needs to be sanded in contact with the measuring tip and a ruler.

2. Measurement of globcast

The prepared sample of the ribbon is fixed in the clamp of the suspension, so the tape was based on a radial line edges, the edge tip is supplied through movement microvita to the contact of the tip with the top of the trough (position A). Thus the measured value of the trough together with the thickness of the tape. The moment of contact of the tip of the fixed lighting of lamps. Then the sample on the suspension turns 180° and is applied to the top of the chute to the line (position B). In this measured sample thickness of the tape. Measuring tip must be pointed and positioned precisely flush with the edge of the circle line.

Globcast sample is determined by the difference of the measurements in positions A and B.
