Notes:

1. The difference between the maximum and the minimum mass fraction of beryllium in the bars of one party should not be more than 10% of the mass fraction of beryllium in the party.

2. By agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer, the ligature can be made with a suitable mass fraction of beryllium from 4 to 11 incl. extreme deviations of ±1%.

1.2. Ligature manufactured in the form of ingots with a mass of (2±0,5) kg.

By agreement with the consumer it is allowed manufacture of alloys in form of ingots with different mass.

1.1, 1.2. (Changed edition, Rev. N 1).

1.3. On the surface of ingots shall not be extraneous inclusions.

Permitted flows, Nikitiny, color tint, sinks, oxide film, and Stripping and cutting vices.

2. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Megabezemboy in the manufacture of alloys and in the production of beryllium bronze safety requirements are determined by the presence of beryllium, which is the degree of impact on the body relates to the first class of hazard, GOST 12.1.007−76.

2.1.1. Megabezemboy in the manufacture of alloys and in the production of beryllium bronze should comply with sanitary rules when working with beryllium and its compounds, approved in the established order.

2.1.2. The air in the work area shall comply with health and safety requirements GOST 12.1.005−88.

2.2. In terms of transportation and storage odnalezienia ligature refers to the 9 hazard class GOST 19433−88.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. Odnalezieniu ligature accept batch weight 2000 kg. the Party shall consist of ingots of one and the bottoms feature a document about quality that contains:

the name of the manufacturer;

product name or trademark;

brand products;

batch number;

number of seats in the party;

the net mass;

the mass of beryllium;

the results of chemical analysis;

the date of manufacture;

the conclusion of the technical control Department;

the designation of this standard.

In the document of quality for export products additionally indicate the gross weight.

3.2. To check the weight of ingots and their chemical composition from each party of the alloys selected 0.3% of the ingots, but at least three.

The difference between the mass fraction of beryllium in the ingots of the alloys is determined once a year.

3.1, 3.2. (Changed edition, Rev. N 1).

3.3. Checking the quality of the surface subjected to 10% of the bars from the party.

3.4. If unsatisfactory results of chemical analysis at least one indicator thereon, a second analysis doubled the amount of bullion taken from the same batch.

The results of the analysis apply to the entire party.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. To determine the chemical composition megabezemboy alloys selected from each ingot with drilling sampled.

Drilling is carried out thoroughly without the use of grease in the center of the ingot.

Designated entry and exit of the drill should be cleaned.

(Amended, ISM, N 1).

4.2. The wood chips are crushed, thoroughly mixed, reduce to weight of 100 g and treated with a magnet.

The sample is divided into two equal parts and placed in clean dry jars with pritertymi or screw lids.

4.3. For each jar selected breakdown label stating:

batch number;

brand alloys;

dates of sampling;

designation of this standard.

4.4. One part of the samples pass the test, the other sealed and stored for 6 months in case of occurrence of disagreements with consumers on product quality.

4.5. Megabezemboy chemical composition of alloys determined according to GOST 23685−79, GOST 23687.1−79, GOST 23687.2−79.

Allowed the use of other methods, accuracy is not inferior to the specified in the standard.

Rounding the results of the analysis of the chemical composition produce to the last decimal place of norms of quality indicators specified in table of this standard.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).

4.6. The surface quality of ingots checked by inspection without the use of magnifying devices, the mass — weighting.
