1. ASSORTMENT

1.1. Sizes of cold and warm pipes shall be as specified in table.1, the dimensions of the hot pipes — in table.2.

1.2.1. Cold and warm:

measuring length — no more than the length specified in the table.1; in agreement with the consumer pipes are manufactured length up to 12,5 m;

dimensional length, measuring length with an allowance for each cut to 5 mm and a maximum deviation over the entire length +15 mm;

random length from 1,5 to 8 m; in agreement with the consumer pipes are manufactured length up to 12.5 m. By agreement between manufacturer and consumer pipes up to 25 mm are made with a length of 16 m.

1.2.2. Hot:

1.3. In the party of off-gage pipes allowed no more than 15% of the pipes in meters, length of 1.5 m, but not less than 0.75 m for hot pipes and 0.5 m for the cold and warm.

1.6. The curvature of the pipe at any section of 1 m length should not exceed:

for cold and warm tubes — 1 mm;

for hot-deformed pipes:

1.5 mm — wall thickness up to 10 mm, inclusive;

2.0 mm — wall thickness over 10 mm to 20 mm, inclusive;

4.0 mm — wall thickness over 20 mm.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Pipe shall be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner, of steel grade 08CR18NI10TI with a mass fraction of elements,%: carbon, manganese, silicon, respectively, not more than 0,08, with 1,5, 0,8; chrome 17,0−19,0; Nickel 10,0−11,0; titanium — 5хС-0,6; sulfur, phosphorus and nitrogen, respectively, not more than 0,020, 0,035, 0,05.

2.2. The content of the nitrides and carbonitrides stroke should not exceed (maximum score):

2.5 points — for pipes with a diameter of 76 mm or less;

3.5 points — for pipes with a diameter greater than 76 mm.

The inclusion of uniformly distributed points is not limited.

The content of nonmetallic inclusions (for maximum points) must not exceed:

3 points — oxide and silicates;

1 point — sulphides;

2 points — silicates, non-deformed.

2.3. Grain size of metal of the finished tubing shall be not larger than:

5 points — for pipes with a diameter of 76 mm or less;

4 points — for pipes with a diameter greater than 76 mm.

For hot-deformed pipes with a wall thickness of 15 mm and over are allowed to manufacture pipes with the grain size not larger than 3 points.

2.4. Pipe should not be prone to intergranular corrosion.

2.5. Pipes should be free of cracks and tears during the flattening.

2.6. Pipes should be free of cracks and tears in the hand.

2.7. Tubes shall withstand hydraulic pressure (aГОСТ 24030-80 Трубы бесшовные из коррозионно-стойкой стали для энергомашиностроения. Технические условия (с Изменениями N 1, 2, 3)) in accordance with the requirements of GOST 3845. The value ГОСТ 24030-80 Трубы бесшовные из коррозионно-стойкой стали для энергомашиностроения. Технические условия (с Изменениями N 1, 2, 3)shall be equal to 40% of the temporary tear resistance for this grade of steel.

The ability of pipe to withstand hydraulic pressure is provided by the production technology.

2.8. The pipe ends should be square-cut and cleaned of burrs.

2.9. Pipes must be thermally treated (astensione) and the Board.

2. Elongation is defined at the diameter less than 18 mm for groups A and B, shall be not less than 35%.

2.11. At the request of the consumer surface of the pipe must be:

a) electrochimpribor outer;

b) electrochimpribor external and internal;

in) electrochimpribor internal;

d) machined or polished outer;

d) light after etching;

e) light after the heat treatment in the atmosphere basicsliderui;

g) machined internal (hot pipes).

At the request of the consumer pipe, heat-treated in basicsliderui atmosphere, can be produced without machining, grinding, etching and electrochimpribor if the surface quality of the pipe meets the requirements of this standard.

For pipes used to further limit, at the request of the customer can be manufactured with a surface in accordance with GOST 9940 for hot and GOST 9941 for cold pipes.

2.12. The outer and inner surfaces of the finished pipe must be clean and not have cracks, captivity, flaws, tears, sunsets, local contact pereplavleni, the etching of the rash.

On the outer and inner surfaces are allowed roughness, threats, and bullies, rabiza, color tint, some scratches, shallow dings, and traces of scraping, boring and turning; the wall thickness should not be less than the permissible minimum values. Space cleansing of defects must be processed to a purity corresponding to the rest of the surface pipe, with a check for completeness of removal of defects.

On the outer surface allowed the cross risks from grinding stone.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. For quality control of each selected pipe cut off one sample.

5. MARKING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
