3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. Tube take parties. The party should consist of pipes of the same size and decorated the same document about quality that contains:

trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;

grade;

the size of the tubes;

batch number;

the weight of the party;

the results of the tests;

the designation of this standard.

The mass of the party must be not more than 1500 kg.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).

3.2. Check the outer surface must be subjected to each tube batch.

3.3. The measurement should be subjected to three tubes from each 100 kg.

3.4. For the tensile test taken three pipes from the party.

3.5. To check for leaks select the three tubes from the party.

3.6. For chemical analysis select two tubes from the party. In factory sampling it is allowed to produce from the molten metal.

3.7. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators it is carried out re-testing at twice the sample taken from the same batch. The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. Inspection of the external surfaces of the tubes shall be made without the use of magnifying devices.

The depth of permissible defects check reference sweep them with the abrasive cloth of the type I according to GOST 6456 grain size no larger than No. 5.

The depth of the dent is measured with a micrometer according to GOST 6507.

4.2. Wall thickness measured with a micrometer with a scale division of 0.01 mm according to GOST 6507 or other measuring tools that provide required accuracy of measurement.

For measuring the wall thickness of the tube is incised in a longitudinal direction on both sides.

4.3. The dimensions of the axes of the ellipse and the length of the tube check patterns, the slits which are made passable and impassable (passing — nominal size of the pipe on the axis or length plus tolerance no — go- the nominal dimension minus tolerance).

4.4. The curvature of the tubes is determined as follows: the tube is placed on the plate. To check the tube to make a rigid steel ruler according to GOST 427 with a length of 1 m and using the probe on the other 2−034−225 or templates to measure the maximum distance between the line and the tube.

4.5. Torsion tubes to measure the amount of lag of one of the four corners of the tube placed on a plate with the wide side. The amount of lag to check the probe on the other 2−034−225.

4.4, 4.5. (Changed edition, Rev. N 2).

4.6. The tensile test is carried out according to GOST 10006.
