3. ACCEPTANCE

3.1. Mesh take parties. The party should consist of a grid of the same design, of the same number, size and material shall be furnished in one document about quality that contains:

is the trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;

— the symbol grid;

— the length and width of the mesh roll or card;

— the number of cards or rolls;

the total number of mesh in square meters.

3.2. To check for broken wires and cracks on the surface of the wire, the wire diameter, number of perevarivaniu and connections wires, the width of the cell in the light, the length and width of the grid from party select 10% of the grid, but at least two cards or two rolls.

3.3. If unsatisfactory validation results of at least one of the indicators, it conducted a re-verification at twice the number of cards or rolls. The results of re-examination extends to the whole party.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. Wire diameter is measured with a micrometer according to GOST 6507 to the manufacture of wire and on the exposed ends of the wire in the grid. Tolerance on wire diameter check before the production of the grid.

4.2. Absence of cracks on the surface of wire in the bends of the corrugations is determined visually in the process of slab and on the surface of the wires in the grid. If there is disagreement in the assessment of the presence of cracks, use a magnifying glass IF-3−10ГОСТ 3306-88 Сетки с квадратными ячейками из стальной рифленой проволоки. Технические условияGOST 25706.

4.3. The absence of broken wires, the number of perevarivaniu and connections of the wires in the grid is determined visually.

4.4. The width of the cell in the light is determined separately in the direction of weft and warp as the average results of three measurements in three places of the grid distant from the edges of the canvas not less than 100 mm. a Straight line connecting any two measurements must not coincide with the direction of weft and warp.

The width of the cell (ГОСТ 3306-88 Сетки с квадратными ячейками из стальной рифленой проволоки. Технические условияmm), calculated by the formula

The length of the measuring ruler according to GOST 427. Final result for the width of the cell in light should be the arithmetic mean of three measurements in each direction.

4.5. The width and length of the mesh measured at the ends of the wires. Measure the width of the line of the churchyard 427 or measuring tape according to GOST 7502, the length of the ruler according to GOST 427, GOST roulette 7502или the counter. The length of the protruding ends of the warp and weft wires measured with a ruler churchyard 427.

4.6. The diameter of the cell in the light, the length of the protruding ends of the warp and weft wires, the wire diameter, the mesh width is measured partially patterned on the outer layer of the mesh roll.

Absence of cracks on the surface of wire in the bends of the corrugations, broken wires, the number of perevarivaniu and connections of wires are checked in the manufacturing process of the grid.

5. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

5.1. The mesh is transported by all kinds of transport in accordance with cargo carriage regulations applicable to transport of this species. Stowage and securing of cargoes transported by rail, must comply with the technical conditions of loading and fastening of cargoes, approved by the Ministry of Railways.

Transportation by rail produces carload, light-duty or small shipments.

5.2. The storage grid in accordance with the terms 5 according to GOST 15150.
