This standard applies to cold-formed profiles made of alloys copper-based, used for the manufacture of the collector plates of electrical machines.

1. ASSORTMENT

1.1. The cross sectional shape of the profile is specified on the devil.1.

1.5. The angle of the profile must conform to the angle of the template.

1.7. Profiles are made of random length from 1 to 4 m.

Note. By agreement with the consumer allowed profiles with a length of less than 1 m, but no shorter than 0.5 m, not more than 10% of the batch weight.

1.8. At the request of the consumer profiles with a maximum height of 40 mm are manufactured in coils.

Profile length should be at least 4 m.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Profiles are produced in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.

The profiles are made of bronze marks Brkd1 and Brmg0,3 according to GOST 18175.

2.2. The surface profiles must be clean, free of cracks, sunsets and impurities.

On the surface allowed individual imperfections like slivers, scratches, sinks, nicks, dents, burrs, depth not exceeding the limit deviations on size profiles. Allowed color of a tint on the surface of the profiles.

On the basis of profile height up to 20 mm allowed longitudinal protrusions of 0.2 mm and the risks to a depth of not more than 0.2 mm. On the bases of the profiles with a height of over 20 mm are permitted longitudinal lugs up to 1% of the height profile and the risks to a depth of 1% of the height profile, but not more than 0.4 mm.

The permissible width of the ledge or risk should not exceed their height.

2.3. Camber profile with a height less than 50 mm should not exceed 4 mm per 1 m length, profile height up to 50 mm — 3 mm per 1 m length.

The camber profiles are manufactured in coils, not standardized.

2.4. Profiles are supplied in the solid state.

2.5. Hardness profiles according to the Brinell hardness shall conform to the requirements of table.3.

2.6. The profiles must be cut at right angle. Delivery of the profiles with the cut ends.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. Profiles accepted by the parties. The party should consist of profiles of single precision manufacturing, one size, one brand of alloy and decorated with a single document about quality that contains:

trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;

the symbol of the profiles;

the results of the tests (at the request of the consumer);

batch number;

the weight of the batch.

The weight of the batch is not limited.

3.2. Check the outer surface must be subjected to each profile of the party. To control the size and camber are subjected to 10% of bays or packs of the party.

3.3. To test the hardness of select two bays or two packs from each ton, but not less than three bays or of the packs from the party.

3.3. To check the chemical composition of select two bays or two packs from the party.

Allowed the manufacturer checks the chemical composition carried out on the sample taken from the molten metal.

3.4. If unsatisfactory test results of at least one of the indicators it is carried out re-testing at twice the sample taken from the same batch.

The results of repeated tests apply to the entire party.

Allowed the manufacturer to carry out routine test profiles.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. Visual inspection of the profiles is carried out without the use of magnifying devices.

4.7. Chemical composition of alloys determined according to GOST 15027.1 — 15027.14 GOST, GOST 20068.1 — GOST 20068.3 or other methods of equal accuracy specified in the standard.

If a dispute arises in the evaluation of the results of the analysis of the chemical composition is determined by GOST 15027.1 — 15027.14 GOST, GOST 20068.1 — GOST 20068.3.

5. PACKING, MARKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

5.1. Profiles are tied in bundles or Bay weight not exceeding 80 kg each. Bundle or Bay must be tied up in two turns with a wire diameter not less than 1.2 mm according to GOST 3282или other material according to normative-technical documentation in at least three places evenly along the length of the pile or Bay, excluding the reciprocal movement of the profiles in the pack.

The ends of the wire connected by twisting at least five turns.

Bundles or Packed in bays 1−2 layers of synthetic or non-woven materials, ensure quality safety profiles, and tie on top of the packing material with wire diameters by GOST 3282 in at least two places.

The package needs to be formed into transport packets weighing up to 1250 kg. overall dimensions of packages — according to GOST 24597.

Funds bonds — according to GOST 21650.

Packaging bundles, bays carried on pallets according to GOST 9557 or without pallets with the use of bars not less than 50 mm with tying wire with diameter at least 2 mm in two turns according to GOST 3282 or tape not less than 0,3х30 mm according to GOST 3560или using the bunching of slings made of wire according to GOST 3282 diameter not less than 5 mm with the twist of not less than three turns. The ends of the wires are connected by twisting at least five turns of tape in the castle.

Packaging of goods sent to the far North and remote areas shall meet the requirements of GOST 15846 group «bars».

5.2. Transport marking of packages — according to GOST 14192 with the application of manipulation sign «sling here» and additional labels batch numbers in a place free from traffic markings.

5.3. To each bundle the Bay or attach metal or plywood label according to GOST 14192 with the indication:

the trademark or name of the manufacturer and trademark;

legend grade alloy;

size profile;

batch number;

designation of this standard;

the stigma of technical control.

5.6. Transport profiles is carried out by all kinds of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with the rules of cargo transportation applicable to transportation of this species.

5.7. Profiles are stored in closed premises in conditions excluding mechanical damage and contact with moisture and active chemical substances.
