This standard covers brazed and replaceable products made of hard sintered alloys, designed for cutting tools in machining of metals and non-metallic materials.

1. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

1.1. Products made of hard alloys grades GOST 3882 and normative-technical documentation.

1.2. Physico-mechanical properties of hard alloys (density, tensile strength in bending, hardness) should correspond to GOST 3882 and normative-technical documentation.

1.3. Design and dimensions should correspond to GOST 13833, 13834 GOST, GOST 17163, GOST 25394 — 25426 GOST, GOST 20771, 20312 GOST, GOST 19043 — 19053 GOST, GOST 19056, 19057 GOST, GOST 19059, 19061 GOST — GOST 19065, 19067 GOST — GOST 19081, 19083 GOST — GOST 19085, 24247 GOST — GOST 24257.

1.4. Limit deviations of linear and angular dimensions, surface condition, deviations of form and position of surfaces of products, manufactured according to GOST 13833, 13834 GOST, GOST 17163, GOST 25394 — 25426 GOST, GOST 20771, GOST 20312, must meet the requirements of GOST 2209.

1.5. Limit deviations of linear and angular dimensions, surface condition, deviations of form and position of surfaces of products, manufactured according to GOST 19043 — 19085 GOST, GOST 24247 — GOST 24257, must meet the requirements of GOST 19086.

1.6. The surface must be clean, free of cracks, rosslea, blisters.

1.8.1. Not allowed pore of over 50 µm in products with thickness up to 2 mm, inclusive, more than 75 µm in products with a thickness of 2 to 4 mm inclusive and greater than 100m in products of thickness greater than 4 mm.

1.9. Products from hard alloys to withstand the test of cutting. Norm resistance of cemented carbide products when tested and cut are set according to normative-technical documentation approved in the established order.

1.10. Products made of hard alloys can be supplied with wear-resistant coatings. Technical requirements for products with wear-resistant coatings are set according to normative-technical documentation approved in the established order.

2. ACCEPTANCE RULES

2.1. The sintered product to the acceptance of the present parties. For the party taking any number of products, hard alloy formulator one, same brand, made from the averaged mixture of powders of carbide and binder metal in one technological process, simultaneously, the requirements for acceptance furnished by a single document about quality that contains:

is the trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;

— grade and form of the product;

— the batch number;

— test results;

— the weight of the batch;

— date of issue;

stamp of technical control;

— the designation of this standard.

2.2. Rules of acceptance of products, manufactured according to GOST 13833, 13834 GOST, GOST 17163, GOST 25394 — 25426 GOST, GOST 20771, GOST 20312, must meet the requirements of GOST 20559.

2.1, 2.2. (Changed edition, Rev. N 2).

2.3. Rules of acceptance of products, manufactured according to GOST 19043 — 19053 GOST, GOST 19056, 19057 GOST, GOST 19059, 19061 GOST — GOST 19081, 19083−19085 GOST, GOST 24247 — GOST 24257, must meet the requirements of GOST 19086.

2.4. Allowed the manufacturer to determine the micro — and macrostructure, physical and mechanical and cutting properties of the products of one brand are made of an averaged mixture of powders of carbide and binder metal on one technology, on a sample selected according to GOST 20559.

2.5. Check the chemical composition of the products of the manufacturer is carried out on the mixtures according to GOST 20559.

3. TEST METHODS

3.1. Determination of the density of the products is done according to GOST 20018.

3.2. Determination of the Rockwell hardness is carried out according to GOST 20017.

3.3. Determination of ultimate strength in lateral bending is carried out according to GOST 20019.

3.4. Size, concavity and convexity of the goods to check a measuring instrument or device, ensuring the necessary measurement accuracy.

3.5. The depth of pitting, and fillet determine size of the optical device with a scale interval of 0.1 mm.

3.6. The macrostructure of the products in the bend test at 20−30 x magnification.

3.7. The microstructure of the products is checked according to GOST 9391.

3.8. The inspection of the surface is carried out without the use of magnifying devices.

3.9. Cutting properties of the products test according to normative-technical documentation.

3.10. Determination of the chemical composition of products of hard alloys is carried out on the mixtures according to GOST 25599.1 — GOST 25599.4.

4. MARKING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

4.1. Brazed products

4.1.1. On one of the wide planes (except the reference) each product shall be marked with paint grade hard alloy.

4.1.2. The same shape, size and carbide grade should be wrapped in thick paper according to GOST 8273 or GOST 7438 or sealed in plastic wrap in an individual cell for each product. Allowed when Packed in thick paper apply cotton wool GOST 5679. Then, the product must be Packed in boxes made of cardboard according to GOST 7933 or boxes and pencil cases from any organic plastic masses (each no more than 2 kg) according to normative-technical documentation.

4.1.3. On every box or pencil case and label where you indicate:

is the trademark or name and trademark of manufacturer;

form of the product;

— brand alloy;

— the batch number;

— the number of items and their weight;

— date of issue;

stamp of technical control;

— the designation of this standard.

4.1.4. The box with the products to be tightly Packed in wooden boxes (type II-1) according to GOST 2991. The gross weight of the box should not be more than 50 kg.

4.1.5. Transport marking under GOST 14192 with the application of manipulation signs «Fragile. Care», «Protect from moisture».

4.1.6. Transportation of products is done in covered vehicles of all types in accordance with the rules of cargo transportation applicable to transportation of this species.

4.1.7. The products are stored in the manufacturer’s packaging indoor. The joint storage with chemically active substances is not allowed.

4.1.8. In the far North regions and equated areas packaging, transportation and storage — by GOST 15846.

4.2. Interchangeable product

4.2.1. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage — by GOST 19086.
