Note. Pipe with a diameter of 82 mm high precision manufactures.

1.4.1. In coordination with the consumer pipes can be manufactured with an offset tolerance of diameter and wall thickness. The magnitude of the field offset tolerance shall not exceed the amount of bilateral deviations.

1.5. The roundness at the inner diameter of tubes of high quality should be within half of the tolerance field on the inside diameter; roundness at the inner diameter of pipes of ordinary quality — tolerance limits on inside diameter.

1.4−1.5. (Changed edition, Rev. N 1).

1.6. Raznoshennoy tubes should not exceed half the tolerance on wall thickness for pipes with wall thickness up to 2 mm; 0,12 mm — for pipes with wall thickness more than 2 mm.

Raznoshennoy pipes of high accuracy, a wall thickness of more than 2 to 2.5 mm inclusive, shall not exceed 0.10 mm.

The requirement of raznoshennoy does not apply to the area removed the inner Burr.

1.7. The deviation from straightness of the pipe anywhere on the pipe length of 1 m should be no more than:

0.4 mm — for tubes with normal accuracy;

0.25 mm — for pipes with improved accuracy;

0.15 mm — for tubes with high precision.

Straightness of pipes with a length less than 1 m established by agreement between manufacturer and consumer pipes.

High precision pipe for straightness produce length up to 2 m wall thickness less than 2.5 mm.

1.7.1. The deviation from straightness of tubes should be one-way throughout the length of the cut pipe going to the manufacture of one of the propeller shaft.

2.2. On the surface of the pipe are not allowed cracks, sunsets, deep risks, arson and lack of penetration.

For pipes of higher quality allowed small scratches, risks, dents, if they do not take wall thickness limit deviation and if their depth does not exceed:

0.05 mm — for pipes with wall thickness up to 2 mm;

0,08 mm — for pipes with wall thickness of more than 2 to 3 mm inclusive.

For pipes of wall thickness up to 3 mm inclusive fine scratches, risks, dents are allowed if they do not take wall thickness limit deviation and if their depth does not exceed half the tolerance on wall thickness.

For pipes with wall thickness more than 3 mm, these defects should not display wall thickness for maximum deviations.

The pipe allowed a small burned-on food emulsions in the form of points.

2.3. The pipe ends must be cut at right angle (90±2)° and must not have burrs, dings and rollings.

The slight dulling of the edges.

2.4. The outer and inner surface of the pipe burrs should be removed. For pipes of high quality wall thickness in place of the removed burrs must be within the tolerance on wall thickness.

For pipes of ordinary quality a higher positive tolerance on the wall thickness more than 0.03 mm in place of removing the Burr.
