2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Cold-rolled strips of low carbon steel shall be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.

2.2. Tape oslomarka high quality should be produced of steel grades 08KP and 08ps as GOST 9045.

Tape the remaining States of the material, and tape oslomarka of ordinary quality shall be made of steel grades 08KP, 08ps, 08, 10ps, 10kp, 10 in the GOST 1050.

Steel grade selects the manufacturer in accordance with the requirements of table.4.

At the request of the consumer, the tape shall be manufactured from a specific steel grade in accordance with the requirements of table.4.

By agreement with consumer it is allowed manufacture of the ribbon of steel grade 08JU churchyard 9045.

2.3. Oslomarka tape designed for the vacuum industry must be manufactured of steel grade 08KP with a mass fraction of carbon not more than 0.08%, sulfur and phosphorus — not more than 0,022% each.

2.4. The mechanical properties of the tape must conform to the standards specified in table.4.

Tape is made of high quality 1 or 2 group of the surface, while the roughness parameter ГОСТ 503-81 Лента холоднокатаная из низкоуглеродистой стали. Технические условия (с Изменениями N 1-4)for the tape of the 2nd group of the surface shall not exceed 0,63 mm according to GOST 2789.

On the tape, intended for the production of cored wire, allowed the color of the tint.

2.10. On the cut tape are not allowed end of the crack and notch depth of more than half of the limit deviations on width and burrs — more maximum deviations in thickness.

On the uncut tape is not allowed on the ragged edge of the depth tolerances for the width of the tape.

On the edges of the belt, intended for the manufacture of flux-cored wire, defects are not allowed. Allowed burrs with the size not more than half of the maximum deviations in thickness.

2.11. Striping tapes is not allowed.

2.12. Traces of fracture (light lines) trained on the tape 1 and the 2nd groups are allowed. On a trained ribbon 3 and 4th groups of the surface allowed traces of the fracture, the depth is not more than 3 microns.

On nedressirovanny tape all groups of the surface allowed the presence of fractures and bands of slip lines. Surface roughness nedressirovanny tape is not standardized.

2.13. For belts with cut edge manufactured with camber control, the amount of camber must not exceed the limits specified in table.8.

For tapes of higher quality, produced without the control of the camber, the amount of camber shall not exceed 5 mm per 1 m length of the tape.

2.14. With control of the microstructure salomague and soft tape is manufactured with the grain size of the ferrite 5−9 numbers according to GOST 5639.

Allowed the uneven grain of the ferrite within the three interconnecting rooms for oobayashi tape and four adjacent rooms — the soft tape.

Allowed grain ferrite number 10 subject to the requirements for mechanical properties of the tape.

2.15. At the request of the consumer salomague tape is manufactured with normalized banding and structurally-free cementite. Norms set by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.

2.16. By agreement between manufacturer and consumer tape is manufactured with the regulated standards of flatness. The value of the flatness (waviness, warpage) on a piece of tape length of 1 m should not exceed, mm:

3 - for tape widths up to 50 mm incl.
5
- strips over 50 to 200 mm incl.
10 - strips over 200 mm.


The value of the flatness in cross-section (globcast) shall not exceed 1.5% of the width of the tape.

In the manufacture of the strip in the annealed condition is allowed warpage in excess of norms in two times.

2.17. Tape with a thickness less than 0.20 mm shall be manufactured in coils with internal diameter not exceeding 150 mm.

It is possible to produce strips of thickness less than 0.2 mm in rolls with internal diameter up to 400 mm. Tape with a thickness of 0.20 mm and over shall be manufactured in coils with inner diameter from 150 to 750 mm.

Outer roll diameter should not exceed 1600 mm.

According to customer’s demands outer diameter of the coil must not exceed:

- for tapes up to a width of 20 mm — 1000 mm;
- for tapes up to a width of 35 mm — 1200 mm.


Change the shape of the coil, leading to a fixed (residual) deflection of not more than 15% of the inner diameter.

2.18. By agreement between manufacturer and consumer tape thickness more than 1.5 mm can be produced in the bands.

2.19. The coil should consist of one segment. Allowed the rolls of tape, consisting of two segments, provided that the mass cut corresponds to the claims presented to the minimum weight of a roll. Place of reeling shall be clearly marked. The party is allowed 10% of rolls, consisting of two segments.

2.20. The minimum weight of a roll set:

— for tape width up to 80 mm at the rate of at least 0.5 kg per 1 mm of width;

— for tape with a width of more than 80 mm is not less than 40 kg.

Allowed the rolls of tape mass to 50% below the minimum not more than 10% of the party.

In coordination with the consumer the maximum weight of a roll may be restricted.

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. Rules of acceptance GOST 7566.

3.1. The ribbon take parties. The party should consist of tape one melting, one steel, one charge and one state of the material, same size and same precision manufacturing, one type of surface and edges and be accompanied by a document about quality that contains:

4. TEST METHODS

5. PACKING, MARKING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

5.1. Each roll of ribbon should be tied in at least three areas of the soft metal ribbon or wire.

Allowed other ways of fastening the coils to ensure the density of the winding and secure clamping of the ends of the tape and dimensional stability of the coil during the transportation. 5.2. The tape should be coated with a thin layer of inhibited lubrication, which protects the tape against corrosion.

Types of greases: a mixture of GSD and oil-12A AND I-20A GOST 20799 in the ratio of 1:1 mixture of NG-203A for OST 38.01436 and oil AND-or 18A-20A ratio 1:1 and grease K-17 graveyard 10877. Allowed other types of lubricants and other ratios of components of grease, providing protection against corrosion.

5.3. Rolls of tape with a thickness of 0.20 mm or less, and at the customer’s request the thickness to 0.5 mm, inclusive, shall be wrapped in paper and packaged in rigid containers (wooden boxes, tins, containers) or stacked on a pallet, ensuring the safety of form rolls for transportation.

5.3.1. During transportation on pallets made according to normative-technical documentation one of the following ways.

5.3.2. During transportation without pallets rolls (packs) the tape should be wrapped in paper, then plastic film or cloth and sealed with a soft metal ribbon or wire in at least three places or by another method ensuring the safety of the package.

5.3.3. Mechanized packaging method.

5.3.3.1. The rolls of tape needs to be wrapped in paper BPC-40 (GOST 10396) or crepe paper, equal in protective properties, with simultaneous recording paper wire.

— other types of packaging materials, except for cotton and linen fabrics and also stitched the flap of the waste of the textile industry.

5.5. The tape is transported by all kinds of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with cargo carriage regulations applicable to transport of this species.
