This standard applies to plate, broadband (universal), shaped, flat and long products, intended for the manufacture of bridge structures normal and Northern performances.

1. BRAND AND ASSORTMENT

1.1. Rentals are made from steel grades: 16D, 15KHSND and 10KHSND.

1.2. Rental of steel grades 15KHSND and 10KHSND depending on the type of heat treatment is made of three categories:

category 1 — without heat treatment;

category 2 — in the normalized condition;

category 3 — heat-treated condition after quenching and high holidays.

Shapes of categories 2 and 3 is made by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.

Category in the order specified after the name of the brand. Example: 15KHSND-3.

In the absence of such instructions produced a rental of category 1. Category 1 in the name of a brand of car is not specified.

1.3. In the cross-sectional shape, dimensions and limit deviations of the hire must meet the requirements of GOST 19903, 82 GOST, GOST 8509, 8510 GOST, GOST 8240, GOST 8239, GOST 103.

Deviation from flatness shall conform to the requirements of GOST 19903 worksheets high flatness (PV), leg, curvature of the strip — GOST 82 for class A, the curvature of corners — GOST and GOST 8509 8510 — not more than 0.2% of the length. 2.1. Rental made in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.

Notes:

1. In steel, aluminium killed, the residual acid content of aluminium should be less than 0.02%. Allowed the use of other deoxidizers, it should be ensured that all the requirements of the standard.

2. Analysis of rolled steel 16D on chromium and Nickel and all grades for arsenic and nitrogen is carried out at the request of the consumer.

3. Rentals bridge structures North of the execution of the mass fraction of sulfur should not be more than 0,030%, phosphorus not more than 0,025%; the requirement is established in the order.

By agreement with the consumer it is allowed manufacture of steel electroslag remelting; in the designation of the steel grade is added with a hyphen, the letter sh.

4. In the finished rolled steel 15KHSND category 3 mass fraction of carbon should be no more than 0.18%. The lower value of the mass fraction of carbon in the steel 15KHSND category 3 is not a rejection indication if the mechanical properties are satisfactory.

5. In the rolled steel 10KHSND category 3 mass fraction of silicon should be 0,70%-1,00%.

6. In the rental of steel grade 16D when the mass fraction of carbon 0,10%-0,12% allowed the increase of the mass fraction of manganese, 0.80%.

2.2.2. Mass fraction of nitrogen in the steel should not exceed 0.008%, arsenic — 0.08 percent. Allowed mass fraction of nitrogen in the finished rolled up to 0,012%.

2.2.3. Ready hire provided that the mechanical properties and other requirements of this standard allowed variations in the mass fraction of the elements from the rules given in table.1. The allowable maximum deviations are given in table.2.

2.2.4. Rental produce with assurance of weldability. Weldability of steels is ensured by the manufacturing techniques and compliance with all requirements for chemical composition and mechanical properties.

2.2.5. Mechanical properties and impact toughness of rolled steel 16D must conform to the standards given in table.3, rolled steel of other grades — table.4. For products with thickness in excess of specified in tab.3 and 4, norms of mechanical properties are established by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.

2.2.12. The leaves should be cropped from all sides. On the edges of the leaves should be free of rips or tears, traces of shrinkage, porosity and gas bubbles.

By agreement between manufacturer and customer can be manufactured sheets without trimming the longitudinal edges.

Bundle of rentals is not allowed.

2.2.13. Welding and sealing of defects on the surface and edges of sheets, strips and profiles are not allowed.

3. ACCEPTANCE

3.1. Rental apply to the acceptance of the parties. Party rental, made out of slabs from continuous casting of steel should consist of the rental of the same brand, same thickness, one mode of heat treatment, and the party rolled from ingots of the same melting — ladle. The attached shorts with installations of continuous casting in the formation of parties, the difference in the mass fraction of carbon should not exceed 0,04% and the mass fraction of manganese is 0.15% (for the analysis of ladle samples).

The party is allowed to pick from:

a) profiles with varying wall thickness or diameter not more than 3 mm;

b) sheets and strips of a thickness up to 10 mm inclusive, wherein a thickness of not more than 2 mm;

in) sheets and strips of a thickness more than 10 mm, wherein a thickness of not more than 4 mm.

Each batch is accompanied by a document of quality according to GOST 7566 indicating additional data:

categories of hire;

the type and mode of heat treatment (if carried out);

the manufacture of slabs by continuous casting;

the results of the inspection of continuity by ultrasound (if performed).

For rental, designed for the manufacture of bridge structures North of execution, weight of the batch shall not be more than 25 t, and for the design of standard rental category 3 — not more than 75 tons, in other cases more mass melting — ladle.

3.1.1. To check the quality of hire from each party select two sheets, two lanes or two other profile. On demand of the consumer sheet and broadband rolled for bridge structures North of the execution of thickness 10 mm and more control on each sheet, and strip.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. For chemical analysis samples are taken in accordance with the requirements of GOST 7565.

Chemical analysis carried out according to GOST 12359, GOST 18895, GOST 22536.0 to GOST 22536.12,GOST 27809, GOST 28473. Allowed the use of other methods providing the required accuracy of the analysis.

If there is disagreement with standard methods specified in this standard.

4.2. Sampling for mechanical and technological tests (tensile, impact strength and bending) is carried out according to GOST 7564.

4.3. To determine the impact strength take two samples from each of two sheets, strips and other profiles in the delivery state and after mechanical aging and three samples of type II from a single sheet of each heat.

Samples for test of sheet metal, except specimens for impact bending type II, cut across the direction of rolling, and the samples of broadband (universal), strip, fittings, long products and the impact strength of the type II cut along the direction of rolling.

4.4. The surface quality of the rolled controlled visually.

4.6. The tensile test is carried out according to GOST 1497.

4.7. Test for impact strength is carried out according to GOST 9454. For products with thickness from 5 to 10 mm the test is performed on samples of type 3, rolled to a thickness of 10 mm or more, type I and II.

For samples from rolled steel of thickness 5 and 10 mm are allowed two rough surfaces; it allowed testing of samples of these thicknesses of rental with minus tolerance.

4.8. Determination of impact strength after mechanical aging is carried out according to GOST 7268. For termorasshirennogo rental allowed prior deformation by compression.

4.9. The bend test is carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST 14019, GOST 5521.

4.10. Sample fracture for rental from 15KHSND steel grades, 10KHSND and 16D is cut across the direction of rolling of the sheet means. The incision is performed mechanically. The sample breaks down static load application. Allowed the break to Koper.

4.11. The definition of structure in the fracture and the area of the fracture with a fibrous structure for 15KHSND steel grades, 10KHSND and 16D is carried out according to GOST 5521.

5. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

5.1. Transportation and storage — by GOST 7566 with additions.
