5. REISSUE


This standard applies to hot-rolled and cold-rolled copper anodes are used for galvanic coatings products.

1. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

1.1. The anodes manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this standard on technological regulations, approved in a prescribed manner.

1.2. Basic parameters and dimensions

1.2.1. The thickness of the anode and the tolerances for thickness shall conform to the requirements specified in table.1.

The anodes are made of a width of from 75 to 500 mm in multiples of 25 mm, a width more than 500 mm to 1000 mm in multiples of 100 mm and length 300 to 2000 mm, multiples of 100 mm.

1.2.2. Maximum deviations along the width of the anodes must not exceed:

minus 20 mm when the width of the anodes to 500 mm;

minus 40 mm when the width of the anodes is more than 500 mm.

1.2.3. Maximum deviations along the length of the anodes must not exceed:

minus 20 mm — at length of the anode to 1,000 mm;

minus 40 mm when the length of the anodes over 1000 mm.

1.3. Features

1.3.1. The anodes are made from copper grade M1 according to GOST 859 or copper brand AMF with chemical composition given in table.2.

1.3.2. Features basic performance

1.3.2.1. The surface of the anodes should be free from contamination, hinder visual inspection. On the surface defects permitted, not deducing the anode at reference sweep for tolerances for thickness, and the presence of tint and local discolorations.

1.3.2.2. The anodes should be evenly cut. Cut end Squareness, mm should take anodes for tolerances for length and width.

The edges of the anodes should be flat without gaps.

Allowed to produce anodes with rolled edge without cropping.

1.3.3. Characteristics of performance that are installed at the customer’s request

1.3.3.1. Anodes are manufactured up to a length of 2500 mm.

1.3.3.2. Anodes brands M1u and Amfu manufactured with the chemical composition given in table.3.

Note. For the manufacture of anodes of higher quality brands M1u and Amfu with the chemical composition given in table.3, used copper grade not lower M0k according to the GOST 859.

1.3.3.3. The requirements for surface quality are placed on the samples approved in the established order.

1.3.4. Characteristics of performance established by agreement between the consumer and the manufacturer

1.3.4.1. The anodes are allowed to produce intermediate sizes thickness limit deviations for the next larger size given in table.1.

1.3.4.2. The anodes are allowed to produce intermediate sizes in width and length with utmost deviations are indicated in the claims.1.2.2 and 1.2.3.

1.3.4.3. The anodes are allowed to produce with the quality requirements for the edges and Cochin cutting, other than those specified in paragraph 1.3.2.2.

1.3.4.4. The anodes are allowed to produce with a chemical composition other than that specified in table.2 and 3.

1.3.4.5. The anodes are allowed to produce the requirements for surface quality, different from the specified in claim 1.3.2.1.

1.4. Marking

1.4.1. At each anode, or during transportation in boxes (crates) on the upper anode in a stamp or paper label should be applied:

trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;

brand of copper;

batch number;

stamp of technical control.

1.4.2. Transport marking — according to GOST 14192 with the application of manipulation sign «Protect from moisture».

1.4.3. On each package shall be marked:

trademark or the name and trademark of manufacturer;

designation of the anode;

weight gross and net;

stamp of technical control;

batch number;

the number of anodes in the party.

1.5. Packaging

1.5.1. Transporterowych anodes without packing.

At the customer’s request and subject to carriage by rail in small consignments anodes are Packed in crates of the type II according to GOST 12082 or in boxes type III according to GOST 2991, or other boxes of normative-technical documents with dimensions according to GOST 21140 and norms of mechanical strength according to GOST 26838.

1.5.2. Weight of package must not exceed 80 kg.

When mechanized loading and unloading is allowed weight of cargo space, more than 80 kg.

Weight of cargo space in covered wagons should not exceed 1250 kg.

Boxes and crates with the anodes and the anodes without packing should be formed into transport packets in accordance with GOST 26663.

For the formation of transport packages used:

the tape according to GOST 3560;

wire according to GOST 3282;

the pallet according to GOST 9557 and other means of forming the package of normative-technical documentation with the requirements of GOST 26663, GOST 24597, GOST 21650.

1.5.3. Packaging of anodes in the far North and equated to them districts, — the churchyard 15846.

2. ACCEPTANCE

2.1. Anodes accept parties. The party should consist of anodes of one brand of copper, one size, one method of manufacture shall be furnished in one document about quality that contains:

trademark and the name and trademark of manufacturer;

designation of the anode;

batch number;

the weight of the party;

the number of anodes in the party.

2.2. To control the quality of the surface and the dimensions of the anodes used single-stage normal sampling plan for the alternative characteristic in accordance with GOST 18242, with the acceptance level of defects is 2.5%. The sampling plan given in table.4. The selection of anodes in the sample is carried out «blindly» (by the greatest objectivity) according to GOST 18321. The number of anodes in the party is determined by the formula given in claim 3.2.

The batch is rejected if the number of defective anodes in the sample that do not meet the requirements of table.1 and PP.1.2.2 and 1.2.3, greater than or equal to the acceptance number given in table.4.

Allowed the manufacturer the quality control of the surface and the dimensions of the anodes to carry out the manufacturing process while ensuring the quality of the anodes with the requirements of this standard.

Allowed the manufacturer if unsatisfactory result of controlling each anode of the party.

2.3. The test is subjected to each anode of the party, if the party does not exceed five anodes.

2.4. To determine the chemical composition of a consumer selects three of the anode from the party. Allowed the manufacturer to carry out the sampling from the molten metal.

2.5. To check skew cut taken three of the anode from the party.

2.6. If unsatisfactory results of chemical analysis it conducted a re-test at twice the sample.

The results of repeated tests spread to the entire party.

3. CONTROL METHODS

3.1. The inspection of the surface of the anodes is carried out without the use of magnifying devices. Quality control of the surface of the anodes is carried out by statistical method of ensuring the quality of the surface with a given probability of 97.5%.

3.2. The thickness of the anode is measured at a distance of not less than 15 mm from the edge of the anode and at least 100 mm from the corner of the caliper according to GOST 166. The width and length tape according to GOST 7502 or ruler according to GOST 427.

Control the size of anodes is carried out with a given probability of 97.5%. The results of measuring the dimensions of the anodes, not the related table.1 and PP.1.2.2 and 1.2.3, should not differ from the permissible by more than half of the maximum deviations.

Allowed the manufacturer to control the dimensions of the anodes in the production process, other measurement tools, providing the necessary accuracy. If there is disagreement in the definition of the dimensions of the anodes, the control is carried out by the statistical technique.

3.3. To determine the chemical composition of each selected anode take one sample. Sampling — according to GOST 24231.

Analysis of the chemical composition of the anodes is carried out according to GOST 13938.1, 13938.2 GOST, GOST 13938.4 — 13938.12 GOST, GOST 13938.13, 15027.11 GOST, GOST 9717.1 — GOST 9717.3 or other methods of equal precision specified.

If there is disagreement in the assessment of the chemical composition analysis is carried out according to GOST 13938.1, 13938.2 GOST, GOST 13938.4 — 13938.12 GOST, GOST 13938.13, GOST 15027.11.

3.4. Cosine of the cut test according to GOST 26877.

3.5. Allowed manufacturer to use other testing methods, providing the required accuracy. If there is disagreement, the determination is carried out according to the methods of this standard.

4. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

4.1. Anodes transporterowych all types of transport in covered vehicles in accordance with the rules of cargo transportation applicable to transportation of this species.

4.2. Anodes should be kept indoors. When storing the anodes shall be protected from mechanical damage, moisture and exposure to active chemical substances. Under these conditions the properties of anodes are not changed.
