This standard applies to hot-rolled flat products (hereinafter — products) carbon high-grade steel designed for the manufacture of clad strips by hot rolling.

1. BRAND AND ASSORTMENT

1.1. Rent shall be made of steel grades 11kp, 18kp, 11JUA, 18JUA.

1.2. Chemical composition grades of steel 11JUA, 18JUA must conform to the standards specified in table.1, steel grades 11kp, 18kp — GOST 1050.

In the rolling of steel grades 11kp, 18kp permitted deviation in the mass fraction of carbon, manganese and phosphorus established by the GOST 1050.

1.4. Oblique plane while cutting shall not exceed 5 mm.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Rental made in accordance with the requirements of this standard for technological regulations approved in the prescribed manner.

2.2. Rentals are made without heat treatment etched the surface.

2.3. The macrostructure of rolled steel 11JUA, 18JUA should not have residues shrinkage, podnasadochnogo looseness, delamination, subcortical bubbles, fistulas, foreign non-metallic microflute.

The rate of the chemical inhomogeneity of sulfur distribution in the cross section of strips of steel grades 11kp, 18kp established by agreement between manufacturer and consumer.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).

2.4. Contamination of non-metal inclusions of the rolled steel grades 11kp and 18kp must not exceed 3 points of the scale of the pattern given in the Appendix.

2.5. The contamination of non-metallic inclusions of rolled steel 11JUA and 18JUA must not exceed the scales GOST 1778:

— oxides of stroke — score 3;

— sulphides — score 3.

Allowed on a single socket a pollution score of 4.

2.6. On the surface of the strips are not allowed, rolling films, sunsets, rolled out of the dirt, smoothed out the bubbles, remains of scale, cross scratches, spots of pollution. On the side faces of the strips are not allowed flaw.

2.7. On the surface of the strips allowed the prints, risks, longitudinal scratches depth of not more than 0.4 mm, and Rabina and rust do not interfere with the detection of other surface defects.

2.8. Surface defects of strips can be removed with a gentle sweep around with the grit of the abrasive material is no more than N 80 according to GOST 3647.

The Stripping depth should not exceed half of the sum of limit deviations for thickness. The width of Stripping shall be not less than five times the depth.

2.9. At the ends of the bands are not allowed the remnants of shrinkage, Pousada looseness, delamination, foreign non-metallic microflute. The burrs on the ends must be stripped.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).

3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. Rental apply to the acceptance of the parties. The party should consist of strips of the same bottoms, same size and decorated by one document on quality. The weight of the batch should be no more than 100 t and not less than 20 t.

3.2. The quality control of steel from the party taken:

— for chemical analysis — three lanes;

— to check the size and quality of the surface 20 of the band;

— to check the macrostructure and control of the heterogeneity of the distribution of sulfur — two bands;

— to check the contamination of non-metallic inclusions — two lanes.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).

3.3. If unsatisfactory validation results at least one of the indicators of re-examination is carried out according to GOST 7566.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. Chemical analysis were carried out according to GOST 22536.0 to GOST 22536.12, GOST 22536.14.

Sampling for chemical analysis is carried out according to GOST 7565.

4.2. The size of the bands check universal measuring instruments or templates. Oblique plane of the strip is determined by the size of the gap between the end of the strip and the adjacent side of a square applied to the end and side edges of the strip.

4.3. Control of the macrostructure of steel 11JUA, 18JUA is carried out by etching the churchyard 10243.

Control of chemical inhomogeneity of sulfur distribution in the cross section of strips of steel grades 11kp, 18kp is carried out by removing sulphur print according to GOST 10243 and comparing it with the agreed scale.

When the content of sulfur in ladle sample is not more than 0,024% in steel grades 11kp and 0,026% marks became 18kp the control of the distribution of sulphur is not carried out.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).

4.4. Assessment of contamination of non-metallic inclusions is carried out in six sections:

— steel grades 11kp, 18kp — according to the attached standards;

— steel 11JUA, 18JUA — according to GOST 1778 method SHZ.

Assessment of contamination of non-metallic inclusions in repeated tests carried out on eight sections.

The micro-sections for the evaluation of pollution steel non-metallic inclusions are preparing a churchyard 1778.

4.5. The depth of the surface defects and the depth of their Stripping test indicator depth gauge and measuring rod of the «needle» according to GOST 7661.

4.6. Allowed the use of other methods of measurements and tests to ensure the required accuracy and reliability.

5. MARKING, PACKAGING, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

5.1. Marking applied by the marking at the end of each strip, the transport of transport packages on pallets label.

The contents of markings on the label must conform to the requirements of GOST 7566.

The marking on the end of the strip must contain a designation for heat number, and at the request of the consumer and the designation of the steel grade.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).

5.2. Transport packages are on pallets, manufactured according to normative-technical documentation.

5.3. Transport marking under GOST 14192.

5.4. Transportation bands produce in covered railway cars in accordance with the rules of transport and conditions of loading and fastening of cargoes, approved by the Ministry of Railways.

In one car shipped is not more than three parties.

5.5. Storage products group ОЖ3 according to GOST 15150.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 1).
