1. This standard applies to the rental calibrated hex sizes from 3 mm to 100 mm.

The size of the cross section of rolled and limit deviations according to him, damn it.1 and table.1

2. The size of the cross section of rolled and limit deviations thereon shall be as specified in the hell.1 and in table.1.

Notes:

1. At the request of the consumer calibrated hexahedronal rolled-stock produce other sizes not listed in table.1. Maximum deviations in this case should conform to the standards established for the nearest larger diameter.

2. The cross-sectional area and linear density of rolled steel gauged hexagon is calculated based on nominal size. The density of rentals estimated to be equal to 7.85 g/cmГОСТ 8560-78 Прокат калиброванный шестигранный. Сортамент (с Изменениями N 1, 2).

3. For rental of high-alloy steels and alloys subjected to heat treatment and etching, tolerances for size are set at 30% more of tolerance h12.

3. Calibrated hexahedronal rolled-stock is made in bars. At the request of the consumer rental is made in reels.

4. Depending on purpose bars are made:

— the measured length;

— multiple of gauging length;

— random length with the residue up to 10% of the batch weight;

— limited length within off-gage.

The rest are bars with a length of not less than 1.5 m.

5. The bars are manufactured with the length from 2 to 6.5 m. On customer’s request bars are made of large lengths.

8. Maximum deviations along the length of the bars in fixed lengths and multiple lengths shall not exceed:

30 mm — length of bars up to 4 m;

+50 mm at length of over 4 meters bars

Deviation from straightness should be uniform throughout its length. At the ends of short longitudinal bars in the bends are not permitted.

10. Torsion of rods of 1 m length ГОСТ 8560-78 Прокат калиброванный шестигранный. Сортамент (с Изменениями N 1, 2)(DWG.2) should not exceed 3°.
