Party heat-treated profiles should be one of the batch, and the batch of profiles without thermal treatment must be from the same heat.

Allowed to make a batch of heat-treated profiles taken from several batches or from profiles without a thermal treatment, taken from several swimming trunks, provided that each cage or melting meets the requirements of this standard.

The document about quality should contain:

— name and trademark of manufacturer;

— the name of the consumer;

— brand aluminium alloy as material;

— the designation (number or code);

— the batch number;

the weight of the party;

— test results (mechanical properties only specify a minimum value);

— warranty of conformity between mechanical properties of the supplied profiles to the requirements of table.4 present standard;

— date of shipment;

— the designation of this standard.

Note — At the request of the consumer to the document as I enclose copies of the protocols of chemical analysis.

6.2 the Chemical composition of the alloys determine the manufacturer for each cast.

Each melt is subjected to chemical analysis for the determination of alloying components and the main impurities. Other impurities not determined. In case of unsatisfactory results it is possible to repeat the analysis. When unsatisfactory results of repeated analysis of melting marriage.

6.6.2 If there is utiny on the scanned profiles (subject to compliance with the macrostructure of the other requirements) it should be completely removed, while other sections of the party are cut by an amount equal to the length of the cut end from the check the profile or check uterino piece.

6.7 To check the microstructure of the profiles to be quenched, burnout select one profile from each heat in the cage heat treatment. In the presence of burnout re-control of the microstructure is not allowed.

Profiles are not to be quenched, not subject to verification of the microstructure, but the manufacturer guarantees the absence of burnout in the delivery condition.

6.8 to test For the presence of surface nitrate profiles, quenched in Salitre baths, take 1% of profiles from the party, but at least one profile.
