Description

Aluminium AD0 is used: for the manufacture of flat ingots, cast by semi-continuous method or continuous casting, and is intended for rolling into sheets, strips and other semi-finished products (strips, plates, profiles, panels, rods, tubes, drawn wire, stampings and forgings) by hot or cold deformation, as well as ingots and slabs; the profiles pressed extra virgin for the manufacture of radiators of cooling of semiconductor devices; extruded pipes with controlled inner diameter from 14 to 42 mm for heat exchangers; compressed large pipes; Polutov and profiles for cold end; foil used for the manufacture of condensers; heat exchangers evaporators and condensers with two-sided bulge of the channel used in domestic refrigerators and freezers; roll foil used for thermal, hydro and sound insulation; cold-rolled foil intended for packaging of food, drugs, medical devices, cosmetic products industry, as well as for the production of packaging materials based on it.

Note

ISO 209−1 aluminum brand AD0 is designated А199,5 and 1050А, aluminum brand AD0E (with guaranteed electrical characteristics) is designated ЕА199,5 and 1350.

Al is the base.
According to GOST 4784-97, the mass fraction of other impurities is ≤ 0.03% of each, the total mass fraction of all impurities is ≤ 0.50%. In AD0 grade aluminum for sheet blanks subjected to further forming, titanium can be introduced up to 0.15%. For aluminum ADOE (with guaranteed electrical characteristics), the mass percentages of impurities are set: silicon ≤ 0.10%, copper ≤ 0.050%, manganese ≤ 0.010%, chromium ≤ 0.010%, iron ≤ 0.40%, zinc ≤ 0.050%, boron ≤ 0.050, titanium + vanadium ≤ 0.020%, the amount of other impurities (not regulated) ≤ 0.10%.
