Production technology
Stainless steel billet is made by hot pressing on a blooming mill. The mill makes it possible to crimp a product up to 120 mm at a time. The final shaping of the product requires 15 to 20 passes. The ingot is first heated to 1200-1250° C, and then fed into a bloom. If necessary, the billet is cut, and horizontal and vertical rolls alternately crimp the billet. After rolling is complete, calibration and the final stage of processing are carried out. Calibration can be high, fine or normal accuracy. It is respectively denoted by the letters A, B, C. The final processing of the stainless steel square may give the surface a matte, mirror, polished, super-gloss.
