These specifications apply to cold rolled strip of heat-resistant alloy KHN78T (ЭИ435).

1. Assortment

1.1. The strip is available in thickness from 0.1 to 1.3 mm, width 400 mm. tape Dimensions are specified in the order.

1.2. Limit deviations on size and flatness should not exceed those specified in GOST 4986−70.

1.3. The tape is supplied in rolls, edging. The distance between welds should not be less than 3 m. the welding observed by the supplier.

2. Technical requirements

2.1. Chem. the alloy composition should meet the requirements shown in table 1. The residual content of copper not more than 0.07%.

2.2. Tape is supplied in a heat treated condition with etched bleached surface. Recommended treatment: hardening from 980−1020° in water or air.

2.3. The mechanical properties of the tape supplied must be:

• rupture strength, kgf/mm² not more than 85,
• elongation, %δ₄ — not less than 25.

2.4. Grain size of the ribbon, in the state of delivery should be within 7−10 points according to GOST 5639−65.

2.5. The tape surface should be clean, without oxides, traces of Pererva. On both sides of the tape allowed some minor scratches, nadava from the rolls, nicks and gentle Stripping with the depth of the defects, not exceeding half the maximum deviations in thickness. The presence of unilateral local rabini depth not exceeding ¼ of the maximum deviations in thickness and not bringing the tape beyond the minimum thickness and not a rejection symptom.

The belt can have a matte or lustrous finish with different shades and streak into the shade.

3. Acceptance rules, test methods, labeling and packaging

3.1. Requirements rules of acceptance, test methods, marking, packaging and documentation must conform to the GOST 4986−70.

3.2. Testing of mechanical properties are produced according to GOST 11701−66 on short samples.

4. The order price calculation

4.1. Prices are set according to the application.

Therefore, the wholesale price of the specified mark is set at the level approved in Supplement No. 4 to the price list 01−05 page 5 tape ≠1,0 — 7700 RUB., ≠1,10 0 7680 RUB, ≠1,20 — 7680 RUB.

Tape with a thickness of 0.1 mm to 1.0 mm, the prices in addition are not included and are determined by the ratio of the price of the tape of the same thickness brand ЭП126 under advanced. No. 8 to the price list 01−05, 8 p. per unit adopted by the tape thickness of 1.0 mm, namely:
