NOTE: By agreement of the parties, the tape with a thickness of 0.1−0.15 mm can be supplied light-spotted with tint colors from yellow to dark blue.

2.4. Alloy 40KHNM strip is supplied with a light surface.

2.5. On the surface of the tape there should be no sunsets, deep shells, delamination, transverse marks. There should be no rust on the surface of the steel strip.

Longitudinal scratches, risks, cavities, imprints and from rolls and roughness, the depth or height of which does not exceed half of the maximum deviation in thickness, are allowed.

2.6. The height of the tape surface must be at least 8 class in accordance with GOST 2789−59.

3.7. For each type of test, one sample should be taken from each controlled roll.

3.8. The chemical composition of the metal of the tape is certified by the certificate of the metal supplier. If necessary, the chemical composition of the metal of the tape is determined in accordance with GOST 2331−63, GOST 11655−65.

3.9. If unsatisfactory results are obtained for at least one of the indicators, repeated tests are carried out on it with a double roll from the number that did not pass the tests.

The results of the retest are considered final.

3.10. For control verification by the consumer of the quality of products for compliance with the requirements of these specifications, the selection rules and test methods specified above should be applied.

Notes: For a strip made of alloy grade 40KZNM, the certificate additionally specifies the mode of heat treatment (tempering) of the metal at the consumer.

Calculation of wholesale prices for tape for new
specifications for grade 70

The price for tape from grade 70 is determined by the formula:

Tsn = / Tsb Tsm x Ku / x / / Pr.

Cr = for each size according to new TU 14−4-406−73

CM = -76 rubles. The price of rolled up brand 70S2XA rubles

stamps 70−126 rubles for 1 ton / additional 2 page 15 /
price list 01−03 /.

Ku = 1.3 — / Appendix No. 2 to the position /.

Tsn = Ts / new TU / — (76 x 1.3) = Tsb — 96 rubles.

According to the new technical conditions, a strip made of steel grade 70 is priced cheaper than a strip made of grade 70S2XA by 96 rubles per 1 ton.
