3. ACCEPTANCE RULES

3.1. The leaves are placed upon the acceptance by the parties or parts of parties. The party must consist of sheets of one thickness of one technological mode of manufacture and the same batch of powder.

The weight of the batch shall not exceed 1500 kg.

The party was escorted by a quality document in accordance with the requirements of GOST 7566*, with the following addition: «the chemical composition of the powder point according to the manufacturer of the powder."
________________
* On the territory of the Russian Federation GOST 7566−94. Here and further. — Note the manufacturer’s database.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 2, 3).

3.2. Quality check sheets:

dimensions, warpage and surface condition — 100% of leaves;

mechanical properties — on a single sheet of the party;

bending test on five sheets from the party;

microstructure — on two sheets from the party.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).

3.3. If unsatisfactory results of the Flexural testing, mechanical properties or microstructure of the repeat tests are carried out for the metric that you have received unsatisfactory results in twice the number of samples taken from new leaves.

Upon receipt of unsatisfactory results, re-testing the whole batch is subjected to 100-percent control for the metric that you have received poor results.

The results of the 100% control are final.

Note. At 100% strength to control the microstructure allowed sampling from the corners of the sheet.

3.4. In coordination with the consumer leaves supply without determining the mechanical properties. The manufacturer guarantees the mechanical properties specified in the standard.

4. TEST METHODS

4.1. Check the dimensions with a ruler according to GOST 427, caliper according to GOST 166, micrometer according to GOST 6507 or other measuring tools that provide required accuracy of measurement.

Warpage is determined on a flat surface plate with a ruler. The dimensions of the calibration plate should not be less than the dimensions of the reference sheet width and length. The deviation of the surface of the sheet from the flat condition is determined by the maximum deflection between the surface sheet, laid on the plane, and attached a ruler with a length of 100 mm in any direction.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 3).

4.2. Ultrasonic inspection produced by the method provider in accordance with the cutting chart, as agreed with the consumer.

Defective areas are marked on the sheet.

At the request of the consumer, the method of ultrasonic testing shall be agreed between the parties.

4.3. To determine the mechanical properties of the selected two samples for bend test of five samples, one from each of the sheet according to GOST 7564*.
______________
* On the territory of the Russian Federation GOST 7564−97. — Note the manufacturer’s database.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 2).

4.4. The tensile test is carried out for sheets with thickness less than 3 mm according to GOST 11701, for sheets with a thickness of 3 mm or more — according to GOST 1497 on samples of type 1.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 4).

4.5. The bend test is carried out according to GOST 14019*.
______________
* On the territory of the Russian Federation GOST 14019−2003. — Note the manufacturer’s database.

4.6. To control the microstructure of each sheet take two samples, one from different angles, carved from the Central part of the width of the sheet. Sections are made along the direction of rolling. The prepared micro-sections etched and examined under a microscope at a magnification of 90 to 100ГОСТ 17431-72 Материалы порошковые. Листы из сплава марки М-МП. Технические условия (с Изменениями N 1-4).

If necessary, pictures or samples are unacceptable microstructure set by agreement of the parties.

4.7. (Deleted, Rev. N 3).

4.8. When control leaves more than 6 mm on the map cutting the surface defects, internal defects and deviations from marginal deviations in thickness beyond the cutting cards are not a sign of rejection.

(Changed edition, Rev. N 3).

4.9. The surface quality check by inspection without the use of special devices.
