Precision alloy 80NM is a soft-magnetic alloy that does not exceed coercive force 4kA/m by induction. It also possesses a small coercive force at saturation induction 0,65−0,75 Т in weak fields and very high magnetic inductive capacity. After a heat treating with gradual cooling (starting from +600°С), it characterizes by small changes of characteristics in a climatic temperature range. Soft-magnetic alloys can magnetize to saturation in weak fields. Except for iron, a composition consists of cobalt, nickel, molybdenum. Extra-pure ferromagnet iron, low-coercive precision alloys on a iron-nickel or ferrum basis, low-carbon electrotechnical steels (unalloyed, siliceous) relate to this type of soft-magnetic materials. Ferromagnet, ferrimagnet, powdered, compositional materials also belong to this category. Such alloys are melted into special metallurgic furnaces with a further forging or ingot rolling.
