Introduction

It is known that the control of technological residual stresses in the manufacture of engineering products differs from the problem of voltage control in operating structures, particularly when evaluating their resource.

Depending on tasks under the control of mechanical stress using their conventional classification: residual load voltage technological, operational, residual stresses, working stresses, the actual stresses [1, 2]. Methods of control voltages differ by kind of physical fields used for the controls and the parameters of this field.

Most of the methods of control of stress-strain state (VAT) of equipment and structures based on calibration samples in tension. At the same time, it is known that such calibration does not match the VAT of the real hardware. The creation of a common reference samples for comparison of various methods of nondestructive testing (NDT) stresses taking into account the scale factor, the nature of workloads and locality zones of maximum stresses is not possible.

In these circumstances, a necessary document that sets General requirements to the procedure of selection of NDT methods stresses depending on the objectives of the study.

1 Scope

This standard applies to engineering products, pipelines, vessels and structures for various purposes and their elements, including the weld joint of any design, made of steel and alloys, cast iron and other structural materials without restriction sizes and thicknesses.

This standard specifies General requirements to the procedure of selection of NDT methods for stress depending on the objectives of the study.

2 Normative references

This standard uses the regulatory references to the following standards:

3 General provisions

3.1 When developing technical regulations, national standards and enterprise standards, design and operational documentation for the products that represent the elements of components, parts or aggregates of objects of industrial risk (hereinafter — EAPO): pipelines; vessels under pressure; responsible power structures, etc. — should be provided for non-destructive testing methods-voltage, permissible GOST 18353, and the requirements for their choice.

3.2 Methods of nondestructive control (NC) stress and the use of the parameters should be sensitive to the integrated assessment of the stress-strain state (hereinafter — VAT) of the material, EOPO given its structural heterogeneity.

3.3 the requirements of the technical documents on the test object, methods and means of voltage control shall not contradict established by this standard procedure of selection of NDT methods stresses.

3.4 Basis for selection of NDT methods stress should be the results of the analysis conducted by the manufacturer, AOPA experimental studies, the results of the analysis of practical application of selected methods to the same objects.

3.5 the manufacturer, AAPO operating the enterprise and the enterprise carrying out the tax EOPO must have a regulatory and technical documents for the selected NDT of stresses and specialists with appropriate qualifications.

4 General requirements to the procedure of selection of NDT methods stress

4.1 determining the best method for NDT of stresses in the material of this EOPO in the design and operational documentation consider primarily the objectives of the study (control of residual stresses after fabrication, the assessment of VAT in the process of operation and other tasks).

4.2 the choice of the method of NDT stress perform its check on conformity to requirements of GOST R 52330.

4.3 choice of the method of NDT stress consider the following basic attributes:

— method for obtaining initial information and algorithm of when the measured parameter of the physical field with the declared parameter voltages;

— method calibration method (calibration samples, functional-theoretical, empirical) and the range of controlled voltages;

— locality control;

— speed control;

— requirements for OK, guaranteed method to ensure the accuracy of the measured parameter of the stress-strain state of the material;

— the reliability of the communication of the measured parameter of the physical fields with the declared parameter voltages;

— the units and range of measurement;

— features and sequence of operations for carrying out and processing of measurement results.

4.4 allowed the use of combined methods of one or more NDT methods voltages selected according to various criteria set out in 4.3.

5 safety Requirements

5.1 measurements VAT material EOPO allow operators with skills of operation of the chosen equipment NDT of stresses, able to use normative and technical documents on relevant NDT methods stress trained work with the applied measurement devices and certified for knowledge of regulations of safety in the relevant industries.

5.2 the Operator shall abide by the rules of technical safety for operation of electroinstallations of consumers 12.1.019 GOST and GOST 12.1.038.
